You’re not meant to gaslight yourself and deny the 3D. You must accept that’s how THAT reality will go and that’s also NOT YOUR reality. Having a knowing of that creates disconnection between the old story and who you truly are. Not having a knowing of that and constantly worrying about it and fearing it makes you connected to your old story. Stop worrying about stuff (3D) that has nothing to do with you.
You have nothing to change but self. What I mean by that is change where your mind is at, not your thoughts. Your thoughts and mind are two different things/parts. As long as you change self it must externalize. There is nothing to change or create but your mind, you’re not creating nothing in the 3D because it is already done in your mind, only your mind matters nothing else.
NOTHING. Period
Nothing can stop ur manisfestations unless you let it.
Your emotions? They don't affect your manifestations.
Doubts? They don't affect them either.

how to shift awake - shay:
shifting awake is all about patience and clear intention. it’s about knowing where you want to be and aligning with it fully. the moment you set your intention, you are already shifting. your only job is to stay in that knowing.
1. visualize & commit
see your DR. feel it. place yourself there in your mind and stick to that visualization as if you’re already there. shifting awake isn’t about waiting for the shift to happen—it’s about accepting that it already has.
2. step into your method immediately
whatever method you use, go into it with the mindset that you are already in your DR and are simply choosing when to become fully aware of it. don’t treat it like a waiting game. there is no transition time. no delay. the faster you accept that you are there, the faster your senses will catch up.
3. stop waiting for cues from your physical body
if you keep checking in with your body, you’re anchoring yourself to your CR and resisting the shift. focus on your DR and nothing else. your body will adjust on its own—your only job is to remain locked into where you know you are.
4. patience is key
rushing the process suggests doubt. it implies you don’t fully trust that your intention alone is enough. patience isn’t about “waiting”—it’s about confidence. confidence that shifting is happening right now, and all you have to do is let it unfold.

yall let's stop overglorifying shifting please !! i shifted a week ago and before that i thought i'd be actually freaking out over it but when i came back i was just like oh cool that happened. i genuinely just got excited that it happened but?? like it felt so normal??
shifting is a NATURAL 👏🏼 PROCESS 👏🏼 so don't act like it's this insane thing bro cause it's not🙏🏼 i literally did it by accident you don't need methods or meditation (it helps tho i will admit) or subliminals or ten gallons of waterrrrr JUST DO IT !!
There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you don’t have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isn’t a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.
I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day.
II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are.
III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr.
IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and I’m there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality.
V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I don’t think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.

recently had a mindset change and while i can't explain the specific details or elaborate well i will try my best
imagination/4d is the true reality = so stop looking for movement or resistance in the 3d, stop caring about the 3d at all (ok live your life but all I mean is don't give it any power or meaning because it has none)
"subconscious mind believes what you tell it/ has no eyes" = literally go wild with what you want to manifest. THERE. ARE. NO. LIMITS. (even limiting beliefs won't affect you if you assume they don't)
you don't need to enter the void state/ pure consciousness/ god state to manifest instantly every second and everything is a reflection of your 4d you already are manifesting instantly you just need to fix your 4d
persisting = knowing it is ALREADY yours regardless of what 3d shows, regardless of doubts
when manifesting the only effort necessary is mental but physical change in lifestyle may occur BUT unless you have your full desires/results ignore it and focus on the inner reality
closest times to the void for me was when i literally didn't think about anything like this was how my mind was, just looking at the darkness behind my eyelids and ignored the 3d completely but then i stopped and went on pinterest
