How do you come up with your dr lore?

I am egotistical and love to be the most powerful and unique.

i’m kidding. (sorta)

most of the time i’m drawn to a place, begin receiving unwanted downloads/dreams and visions about it until I concede and make a script.

then by the time I concede (I have never went down without a fight for I am stubborn as a mule) I already have a basic understanding of what i’ll be walking into.

i’ve gotten this question a lot and I need to admit that I am only creative up to a point. I don’t know how my lore gets so intricate. I wing it every time. I channel a bunch and allow myself to leave the constraints of established canon (again I believe I can make anything better for I am self centered!!).

if I want to go somewhere I basically am like “i’ll use this as a loose guideline” and then by the end, the guideline is in tatters.

if i’m going somewhere with not enough lore, I create more of it. truly anything can be grander if you believe.

that’s what I did for my twilight dr. I added a new species and then made lore for us. a history to other people like me so I could logically understand why the volturi would want me K.O’d.

if i’m going somewhere that i’m starting from scratch (like pyre & reign) I think of aspects I want in the DR and then build from there. knew I wanted to be a dragon riding princess so started figuring out the world I live in for that to be possible. knew I wanted to be surrounded by those I feel most comfortable so I made my continent the hub of every POC and their unique cultures. knew that would probably mean we wouldn’t speak english so I created a language that sounds like it would be spoken by a vast and diverse people.

I really just go about making my lore using improv. i’m a “yes and” ass mf fr. sometimes i’m extreme though and have to reel it in.

know when a dr is better off as a book guys…

Hi babes!!!

A few months ago, I was literally homeless, no sugarcoating it. I was crashing at different people's places just to have somewhere to sleep. No stability. No peace. Constantly anxious. Constantly in survival mode. I was sick of it - of feeling like I had no control over my own life.

So one day, I made the decision. I'm done living like this. I deserve to feel safe, to have a home. And I'm not going to wait on the 3D to catch up. I decided I have my dream apartment already. I didn't know how. I didn't care how. I just knew it was done.

⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆ Method ⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆

The first thing I did was make a Pinterest board filled with dreamy apartment aesthetics. Think: floor-to ceiling windows, soft lightning, cozy corners, neutral tones, minimalist but luxurious vibes. I soaked in those images like it was already mine.

Then I tackled my self concept. Because let's be real: the world mirrors YOU.

I started robotically affirming the same core truths over and over:

༺♰༻I am a master at manifesting.

༺♰༻I'm GOD of my reality.

༺♰༻The world revolves around me.

༺♰༻I always get what I want exactly when I want it.

I also started listening to the "program your mind to think like GOD" affirmation tape by High Frequency Guru (literally obsessed with her. She is that girl) I played it every morning and night - when my subconscious was wide open.

I also let it loop in the background while I was cleaning, walking, scrolling, watching TV, passive, non-stop affirming like it was my job

Here's the twist tho:

I still felt delusional. I still felt like a fraud. My 3D said "you barely have a place to sleep"

But I didn't care.

I ignored the 3D. I reminded myself that my assumptions create my reality - not the other way around. I kept affirming. I refused to spiral. I refused to doubt. I made it law in my mind.

⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆ Results ⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆

3. Days. Later.

Within 72 hours, I was literally handed my dream apartment.

I'm not exaggerating. The EXACT apartment from my Pinterest board - same vibe, layout, same color scheme, fully furnished, even down to the little aesthetic decor touches I had on my vision board.

But wait! It gets better!!!!

I didn't have to pay anything.

Not for the move-in, not for the furniture, not for rent.

The rent is already paid for the ENTIRE year!!!

And it wasn't mommy or daddy's money. It wasn't even some long-lost rich relative. It came from a source I never even imagined.

Someone I didn't even know. Someone who just wanted to help.

The "how" didn't matter - it unfolded perfectly. And all I did was shift my mind.

You don't need to take physical action.

You don't need to stress over the how.

You don't need to be perfect or feel high vibe all the time.

You just need to do the one thing that actually matters:

༺♰༻Persist in the new story, no matter what your 3D says

Your reality is your mirror: your thoughts are the script. Your mind is the only power. There's no one outside of you calling the shots.

You are God of your reality. The main character. The writer. The director. The producer.

And don't ever let this world make you forget that.

it’s always so funny to think about how people in my life have noooo idea i believe in shifting realities like it’s such a normal part of my daily life. i script, i journal, i spend the day thinking about my drs. plus i have a whole blog on tumblr where i talk about it with a community of people who believe in it too. we’re all out here living multidimensional lives and no one suspects a thing. it’s kinda wild when you really think about it.

Oh my godddd, i took a break for a month and just live in the moment and it felt peaceful. And i saw shifting and manifesting clearly now. I know what i "have to do" rather than just try any methods i come across. And when you look close enough, the world does revolves around you.

stop worrying

i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.

i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.

i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.

and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.

We are not thoughts or feelings

We are not only a brain or a heart.

We are souls.

We are awareness.

We are created beings with energy.

We simply "possess" bodies in this case to experience this reality. Take it as a test. Eventually, you don't die. Your body that your soul possess does.

just woke up from a quick nap and my team put a message into my head—

“we kidnap ourselves into our current reality with opposite intentions.”

what does that mean? well, it means when we allow fear, worry, and anxiety to dictate our energy before a shift that THAT is the intention we are using to shift. and that is why it creates the opposite effect and keeps us resistant to the shift and grounded here.

want to stop kidnapping yourself? “do not allow your intention to be mixed with that of disease”. intend using your natural joy, curiosity, or desire for shifting.

Why You Can Change Your Physical Appearance and Overcome the Limitations of Biology

According to the Law of Assumption, what you believe and feel to be true is what manifests in your reality.

The idea is that your consciousness is the only reality, and the body follows the mind’s command.

So if you firmly assume that eating any amount of calories does not affect your body beyond what you determine, that is what will be reflected. If you assume a new desired appearance, that is what will be reflected.

Biologically speaking, the body follows certain physical and metabolic laws. But from the perspective of the Law of Assumption, biology is secondary to consciousness, because physical reality is created by the mind. In other words, what you believe to be true about your body and the world is what manifests, even if it goes against traditional scientific explanations.

So, by the logic of this law: it doesn’t matter whether it’s biologically “possible” or not, because biology is shaped by your belief. If you firmly believe that eating 1,500 calories will have the same effect as eating 500, your body will respond to that belief. If you firmly believe that your eyes is blue, your body will respond to that belief. Nothing is "more likely" or less possible", >everything< has the same weight as your belief.

The most important thing is that you don’t see biology as a limit, but rather as something that adapts to your assumptions.

The focus is on assuming the internal state of what you want and letting 3D adjust to it.

The “how” of this doesn’t matter as in any other manifestation. Your mind can manifest changes in surprising ways, whether through natural means (spontaneous genetic change, color perception, etc.) or circumstances you never imagined. The only thing that matters is that you stay true to your desired state.

There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you don’t have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isn’t a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.   

I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day. 

II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are. 

III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr. 

IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and I’m there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality. 

V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I don’t think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.
