Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.
It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.
Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.
What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.
You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.
Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you still don't get it think of it this way:
If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.
If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.
It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.
If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.
STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.
This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.
Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.
Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.
It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.
Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

Why You Can Change Your Physical Appearance and Overcome the Limitations of Biology
According to the Law of Assumption, what you believe and feel to be true is what manifests in your reality.
So if you firmly assume that eating any amount of calories does not affect your body beyond what you determine, that is what will be reflected. If you assume a new desired appearance, that is what will be reflected.
Biologically speaking, the body follows certain physical and metabolic laws. But from the perspective of the Law of Assumption, biology is secondary to consciousness, because physical reality is created by the mind. In other words, what you believe to be true about your body and the world is what manifests, even if it goes against traditional scientific explanations.
So, by the logic of this law: it doesn’t matter whether it’s biologically “possible” or not, because biology is shaped by your belief. If you firmly believe that eating 1,500 calories will have the same effect as eating 500, your body will respond to that belief. If you firmly believe that your eyes is blue, your body will respond to that belief. Nothing is "more likely" or less possible", >everything< has the same weight as your belief.
The focus is on assuming the internal state of what you want and letting 3D adjust to it.
The “how” of this doesn’t matter as in any other manifestation. Your mind can manifest changes in surprising ways, whether through natural means (spontaneous genetic change, color perception, etc.) or circumstances you never imagined. The only thing that matters is that you stay true to your desired state.
the way that I have just been realizing over and over that there is nothing like absolutely nothing to “do” in order to “manifest” anything you want is so insane. you either have it or you don’t but you still do anyways. it’s just what you focus on.

if you want something to manifest, decide it manifested. you've seen it. tasted it. f*cked it. whatever. it's a part of your experience now because it is. when you have a phone call and the conversation ends, the only way you know you had that phone call is because you tell yourself you had it. if your phone dies right after, what evidence other than your mind do you have to prove to yourself that you were talking to someone??? stop speaking about what you want as if you still want it. you'll be wanting for the rest of eternity. you either have it or you don't. if everything is now, why are you choosing to confusing yourself??? to be or not to be. that is the question but you are always being so what are you choosing?

We’ve got four British artists on there (well, I did grow up here), but it’s mostly stuff from across the pond. That said, ‘Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down’ was never released in the US, but it was over here, and it was huge (hence it’s on my Spotify master playlist!).
