believe it or not, quite a few hermits actually work as perches for me to land on, though tanking my landing isn’t the same as keeping me up.

lotta people think mumbo and scar but scar’s jumpy if i don’t announce myself prior.

@mumbos-mailbox is good though i’m not sure how long he can withstand the weight— and i don’t want my talons ruining his suit.

@docs-mailbox is probably the best of them all, when i catch him! doesn’t stumble and i can dig my talons in for a prettyyyy long time.

[She smiles at the now-familiar red seal on the envelope, once again opening it and scanning the letter, her eyes softening as she read.] I do apologize for the slight delay - There were some issues with my mail system that have now been fixed. Is it really the only kind? I guess I'll have to send you something in the mail sometime. I'll grab a flower next time I'm out on land. They sound like they're rather pretty at night, however! I wonder, is it more so a vibrant and happy orange, or a deep and reserved orange? [She's doodled a flower of her own, her best attempt at replicating the drawn flower from the previous letter.] It certainly is! They're almost more like friends to me. I gossip to them much more than they do anything guard-like, but I guess it's good that nothing's happening to make them have to. The ocean really does become lots of different colors throughout the day- sometimes it's clear enough to see all the coral and fish below! We're more similar than I originally thought, it seems. It's nice to be talking to others, it's made me quite happy. That sounds like a plan! Just be sure to take it slowly and don't get too confident, water can be quite scary under the right circumstances. [She draws a dolphin at the end, a label with a smiley face pointing to it.]

[ the letter that comes through the mail has a peculiar little red sealing on it. within it, as well, is a pressed flower - it looks odd, mostly grey and white. when he had been sending it, guy had been a little amused with himself - that makes the second eyeblossom he's sent to someone. ]

hello, miss lizzie! i hope you're doing well. i've heard of you before, an empress of the sea - and unfortunately, i don't lie close to the ocean, so i don't have any shells or such to give to you, so i hope this flower will do. it's been pressed so that it will last for longer, and maybe if you find a seal for it, it could be used as a bookmark of sorts?

i know this is supposed to be a formal greeting of sorts (or, at least, i try to make my first mails to people somewhat formal), but it's been a long while since i've been able to see other sorts of biomes, so i wonder - how is the sea? what kinds of creatures are there? do you have a favourite kind?

it's been a long time since i went swimming. i hope i can do that again soon... ah, but that's off topic. i'm not quite sure where i was going with this, but overall, i hope you're well. :)

She blinks, taking the flower into her fingers and twirling it around as she inspected it. She smiled softly, placing it down on the desk next to the letter, which she lifts and starts to read.] Hello, Some Guy. Thank you for the well wishes, I am indeed doing quite nicely. I hope the same applies to you. It's true that I am indeed a ruler of the ocean, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy gifts from the land! This is quite the peculiar flower, I'll have to ask Scott about it sometime. It will make a wonderful bookmark for my journal, thank you for gifting it to me! Don't worry too much about being formal; just be yourself. I prefer to see people as they are. The sea is quite nice! It's a deep turquoise at times, and a light cyan at others. It's quite salty though, so you'll get a lot of salt on the breeze. There are all kinds of creatures here, varying from turtles to dolphins to tropical fish. The most common marine life I see are axolotls, however! I try to care for them all equally, but I must admit that my axolotl guards, Sir Strawberry and Lady Marcellene hold a special place in my heart. [She's doodled a pair of axolotls in return, each labeled as Marcellene and Strawberry.] Swimming is rather refreshing, I must say. I do hope you get the chance to experience it once again. Yeah, I think I get what you mean. I never did much interior, aside from my axolotl sanctuary. But it is rather nice to be able to call Joel short.

Empires (S1) X life series AU: Lizzie knows

Hello tumblr people, hear ye hear ye, I have yet another AU to share with you.

A life series AU x Empires SMP au, where the ocean queens husband goes missing (by the hand of the Watchers) and ends up in 3rd life. Lizzie immedeately catches on, and forcefully puts herself in Last Life. Her goal becomes to weaken and destroy the Watchers, and free the players from the inside out.

Lizzie starts the fairy fort as a cover-up, makes a deal with Joel to win Tango's game and informs Martyn of her plan. Joel "kills" lizzie, to make it seem to the Watchers like they're against one another, and the fairy fort burns as an excuse for her to join the Shadow clan.

During the entirety of last life, she sows peoples souls together with a needle and thread, in preperation for double life. After last life ends, she forcefully starts double life instead of limited life (what the Watchers wanted). This change sucessfully frees Mumbo, Skizz and herself from the games. Besides that, the "you're dead but not really, because your soulmate died but you didn't", puts Ren put of action too.

This plan works for a little bit, but in LL the watchers catch on, bring some players back (but failed with mumbo) and blocks lizzie from entering the game. She manages to get in through Pearl, but gets immedeately noticed and thrown out.

In secret life, lizzie breaks back in and now starts putting her full focus on breaking the Canary curse and creating a portal out of the SL world. She opens a portal to the end, and let's herself fall, where she opens another portal to Empires with the help of Martyn. Both of them are briefly freed, but the Watchers catch on and bring Martyn back. BUT the Canary curse is broken, and the Watchers now have less power on Jimmy. He dies right after due to his own stupidity though.

Lizzie spend a lot of her power on opening those portals, and is now incredibly weakened. The Watchers add her to the games in her weakness, and she gets played like a fiddle in Wild Life. She'll have to try again next time.
