I saw one of my local gyms was trying to get an all eeveelutions gym, so I’m like ‘cool’ and toss my Umbreon in, but when I went to check on the gym later to see if someone added the Flareon and Eevee we needed I saw this

Look at him! Of course he’s part of the Eevee family look at his ears. Nope nothing suspicious here, not at all.

The next time someone rudely asks me “so… what are you?” as a way of trying to figure out my race, I’m gonna answer as nervously as possible with “hahah ahah ahaha… human? liKE YOU?” and then walk about 3 feet away from them before stage whispering into my watch “I fear the humans are beginning to catch on. I believe it’s now time to proceed with Plan E.”

Rereading the books, this interaction breaks my heart. Because the first time you read it, you assume Lupin knows who he is because he’s Harry, and that he recognises his scar or he’s seen Harry’s picture in the papers, maybe. But once you’ve read the books, you know that it’s because Lupin’s seen that face before. Harry looks only a little older than James did when Lupin first met him - he probably still has photographs of the Marauders at that age. Harry looks about the age that James did when he found out that Lupin was a werewolf - a terrible, dangerous, Dark creature - and told Lupin that he didn’t care. He looks exactly like James did when he was a teenager - except with Lily’s eyes.

Lupin recognises Harry because it’s the face of his best friends’ son. He probably held Harry as a baby, not long after he’d been born, with James and Lily smiling happily over him. He probably watched Harry toddle around their house in Godric’s Hollow when he was first learning to walk. 

And it reminds Lupin of everything he lost that night when James and Lily died, and Sirius went on the run. 

That’s how he knows Harry’s name.

the other day I was taking a walk when I saw this old guy trapped under a cart. people were trying to help him but it was too heavy so I stepped forward and lifted it off him (I work out a lot.) then, this old police inspector told me I had to be a convict because of how strong I was. I looked him straight in the eye and said, “it’s 1815. anyone can be strong, including non felons, women, and gay people. the only person who’s weak here is you.” he started crying and gave me fifty crowns while everyone clapped, even the nuns

I dont know what emotion this gives me but im feeling it violently
