If you're still thinking "but why hasn't it changed yet?" → you're still stuck in the version that's waiting. Stop it. Don't give it any more attention. No explanations. No justifications.
Thoughts don't manifest. It's the state you think from that creates. "I have the perfect body" said by someone who still feels insecure = doesn't work. But said by someone who no longer doubts, who already lives like it's true = BOOM. Reality bends.
Your reality is just a reflection of your perception, so change your perspective and your life will change.

Look, there's nothing to manifest, because it's already yours. You don't have to try anything, I say it in all my posts, decide that what you want is yours because it is. I know it seems too easy to be true, but it is. And it pisses me off when you demand bloggers to explain things more, because there is nothing else to explain. So why worry about what others think or say about you? Each person has a different view of life, but what defines your journey is how you perceive yourself and what you assume to be true for yourself.
Other people’s opinions have no power over your life unless you allow them to. Free yourself from the need for external validation and focus on your inner power.
Be true to your own truth, and the world around you will begin to align with it. In the end, you are creating your reality based on your perception, and that’s all you truly need.
So how about embracing your own vision of who you are and what you want to create? Because when you believe in yourself, everything you desire aligns with your true essence.
a lot of y’all are forgetting that you are literally the creator of your own reality. there’s no one “above you” controlling your life. YOU have the remote control. it can seem quite scary at first, but it really doesn’t have to be
whatever you focus on will manifest. if you spend 1 hour of your day affirming how rich and abundant you are but spend 23 hours dwelling and focusing on the fact that you’re poor then what do you think your 3D is going to bring into fruition ?
also whatever you assume or believe to be true will manifest. if you believe that all men are assholes then that’s exactly what your 3D is going to show to you, & no this isn’t a “limiting belief” it’s the literally the law.
it’s literally so easy y’all. just focus on HAVING your desires & not the opposite. live in the assumption that you already have your desires and don’t stop.

Hiii Ive done the I Am affirmations and these are my results! I saw someone post on Reddit how they’d seen an amazing shift using I AM and other affirmations that I wanted to try as well. I was not only affirming through the day but sleeping on the feeling/knowing at night as well. I Also meditated but I really enjoy it so that was easy!
During the 4th day I could feel the shift, I became so indifferent to the 3D, you know when someone is like really calm that it’s scary? That’s how I felt. Like nothing phased me. I constantly would here and see people say that we’re God and that we create our realities blah blah, but that day it really clicked. Nothing is in my way, I can have everything I want.
I was at work this day and usually I hate being there but today I knew it was different. I got yelled at by a customer for a return and I was like whatever. During the end of the transaction I firmly stated “I AM” and the lady apologized for her behavior saying “I didn’t know what got into me” like right after I had affirmed. We only get 10 minute breaks but I was gone for damn near 30. I affirmed my managers wouldn’t say anything because “I AM” and when I came out the only thing they asked was “how my break was”. I also got my food and drink for free at the cafe downstairs just cause the barista felt like it.
My manifestations are instant there really isn’t a time lag. But that depends on me really, some things I’d prefer if I woke up and they were there rather then appearing in front of me, and other things I’ve revised instantly. I feel like I’m in the constant void? If I close my eyes and affirm for like less then a minute everything is still and I can’t hear anything around me. Like I’m really just consciousness with no physical body. It’s been like 2 months since then and I’m living my best life.
What I’ve manifested:
-clear skin
-desired Face and body
-Money+ a job in fashion that I really like
-money for my siblings and parents
-both my older sister having their college degrees as well as my degree(I dropped out of college like freshman year)
-revised that my parents were never smokers and are in perfect health
-my eyesight; used to be negative -6.5 but I don’t need to wear contacts anymore
-dental health, got rid of my cavities cause I hate the dentist
-moved to NYC/ got my desired apartment
-payed off all debts/ having no debts at all
-little everyday things like free food, drinks, parking, free flowers, literally super cute everyday things
-A new passport because I lost my old one
-shifting; I’d been trying to shift for damn near 2 years but I’ve finally been able to go to many of my DRs
-being able to manipulate time(slowing it down, speeding it up)
-dream wardrobe
there’s probably more but I can’t think of anything else. Just know that there isn’t anything I’m lacking or want rn, I have everything I can think of 😭.

so to answer both of your asks, this how manifestation works:
CHOOSING: what is it that you want? what are your desires? do you have all of them in mind right now? yes? ok good
HOW TO: now that you know what you want all you have to do is say “it is done”. this is one of my favourite affirmations, because it just sums everything up. it’s called an “umbrella” affirmation.
BELIEF & FAITH: these two play the biggest role when it comes to manifesting. now that you decided what it is that you want, CONGRATULATIONS! you manifested your dream life! isn’t that great? of course. now, i know this may sound insane, but no. this is how manifestation works. you ASSUME you have something (could be anything possible ever) and from that moment on you HAVE IT. all you have to do right now is BELIEVE in yourself, because there’s no reason for you to doubt that you actually manifested your desires.
HOW TO BELIEVE: you simply have to live in imagination. what does this mean tho? this simply means that, whenever the thought of your desire(s) comes up in your head, you think to yourself “yup, this is mine. i have it” (BELIEVING IN YOURSELF). what this does NOT mean is that you have to constantly think about your desires! because guess what, if you already had your desire(s), you wouldn’t constantly stress over them and overthink if you had them. here’s a great analogy:
you have a name, right? of course you do. you KNOW (believe) that you have a name, because you just do. but let me ask you this: do you constantly have to remind yourself that you have a name? no, you don’t, because you’re sure that you have one.
the same thing works for your desires. you KNOW (believe) you have them because you decided so! if you just know (have faith in yourself= aka believe) that you have xyz, you don’t stress it out.
at first, you may feel as if you’re forcing yourself to believe that you have something that you can’t physically see. this is why PERSISTING in the knowing that you have what you desire is important.
LIVING IN IMAGINATION: again, this simply means that you BELIEVE in yourself and trust it when it comes to your desires. NOTE: it’s not your thoughts that manifest, but what you BELIEVE in. let me put it this way:
the human mind can reach up to 70,000 thoughts per day. that’s a lot. does that mean that you now have to worry that every single thing that you think is going to manifest? hell no to the no no.
i used the same analogy on this post of mine, which i think explains this better: imagine you’re listening to music and you suddenly get the thought that you’re going to get hit by a car. that’s called an intrusive or negative thought. does that now mean that you’re ACTUALLY going to get hit by a car? no lmfao. you might panic and say “why am i thinking this?” but don’t worry. intrusive thoughts are completely normal. if you DON’T BELIEVE you’re going to get hit by a car, then you just aren’t going to!
PERSISTING: when in your mind, you know that you have what you want. you believe in it, because you can’t not believe in it. you have faith in yourself because you ARE SURE your desires are yours. now PERSIST in that knowing, not because “the 3d has yet to have shown me my desires” but because “my desires exist in my mind (your ONLY true reality) and that’s on period”.
SUMMARY: all the steps
- CHOOSE your desires. got everything in mind? great! you can script your desires down if you want, but it’s NOT needed.
- TELL YOURSELF THAT “it is done”. or use any other affirmation, it doesn’t matter! CONGRATS, YOU MANIFESTED YOUR DESIRES BAE.
- BELIEVE & HAVE FAITH in yourself. you have what you want, you don’t have to worry about anything else. you get an intrusive thought? who cares. thoughts don’t manifest, what you BELIEVE in does. what you KNOW exists, just does.
- PERSIST because nothing can get in the way of your manifestation and you! not the 3d, not negative thoughts, not your feelings, not anything. so let loose and go about your day how you normally would.

it's time to let go and trust yourself. pure consciousness is naturally induced when your awareness is away from the 3d, and is only on your 4d. when you lay down, sit up, get comfortable, relax, and dayream/let your thoughts wander/count/etc. your awareness will unintentionally move away from the 3d, and will only be on your 4d.
when you try to force yourself, you'll be doing things that keep your awareness on the 3d. for e.g. you get impatient, so you try counting hoping that something will happen. you try breathing exercises hoping that something will happen. you listen to a subliminal hoping that something will happen. all this while keeping your awareness on the 3d— time, body, surroundings. and then you wonder, "why did i not induce pure consciousness yet?" or "what am i doing wrong?" when pure consciousness is something effortless to induce. remember that.
Like seriously guys, stop contradicting yourself. Stop second guessing. Stop changing your thoughts. You've got this, trust me. You can't lose in your own reality. That's just plain stupid. It's all just a matter of deciding that it's yours and sticking to it. It seems a Lil too good to be true but that's just how it is. Stick to the fact that it's already done. Deal with anything that comes your way knowing that this won't change. That's it. It's already done for god's sake. Why would anything else matter when it's already done? When you already have it??? When it's already yours???
Stop being the side character in your own reality. Stop losing in your reality. You're the hero, the director, the producer literally anything and everything in your reality. OWN IT. OWN YOUR LIFE. OWN YOUR STORY.

I think lucid dreaming is the easiest way to do anything spiritual related because dreams are the link of reality to the subconscious. I have now entered the void, shifted, and practice manifesting while using lucid dreaming. I had been trying for 3 years and your guide really gave me clarity I needed to complete my journey. This was a couple of months ago when I first read your post that I got my dream life so I just want to share my experiences in case it could help others!
Sooo….I first restarted my journey after downloading tumblr. I knew I wanted to do lucid dreaming so I did my research and found your guide and the rest is history. I started small, and after using FILD I combined that with your intention method and your recommended subliminals and it sped up my journey. I crawled before I walked and I first started with having small manifestations using lucid dreaming
In my lucid dreams
*I practiced driving in lucid dreaming and manifested my license
*I practiced my public speaking and manifested less anxiety
*i talked to my guardian Angel. It took form of an owl, which is the first spiritual experience I ever had.
Then I went bigger and tried shifting. After a week of practice I got lucid dreaming down and could become lucid every night.
Then I shifted. Best day of my life and I had no plans so I ended up shifting to a reality where no men exist 😭 it was honestly so fun and I spent a week of dr time telling women about what men are, what they do, and the oppression women in this reality faced. It was in a futuristic yet renaissancey type like reality. Anyways as I explored this new society I discovered something miraculous: the disappearance of men has actually created harmony. Women are now able to focus on themselves and the things that matter most to them without worrying about the men.This newfound bliss didn’t last long however as I soon realized that a new problem had emerged. With the absence of men many essential tasks were left undone. And so, the women of our society had formed a collective economy in order to fill this void.One of the most peculiar duties that the women had assumed was to take care of the sheep. With no shepherds to take care of them, women used their skills to care for these animals and protect them from the elements. They have become so adept at this task that they have perfected it. The lack of men may have been a dramatic adjustment, but it has made for a joyful and empowering society.
When I came back I made a list of realities, like self created ones, tv shows, books, etc that I wanted to shift my awareness to and historic past places I wanted to visit. I spent a lot of time doing that, I was barely ever in this cr tbh and I enjoyed it throughly. I decided then that I was going to one day permanent shift and explore the infinite vast world for eternity. When I came back to this reality after having the first initial exploring crave I realized I hated my life lmfaooo. But I knew about the void and started reading stories about that and then I decided I wanted to change my life here too.
I mean.. I have the multiverse to my will so might as well fix this life here too. I hated coming back to this reality after my shifts because my parents were abusive, I was kind of ugly, and my life had gone to shit. I didn’t really care to change it because I was barely here anyways but after reading Neville and the law and understanding that “clones” really don’t exist and I’m just switching states I decided up stop being such a loser and realize it’s all me and only me. Anyways I manifested a complete change in my life in every aspect. I don’t really care to make a list but I am gorgeous, my family is revised to be old money rich, loving,and taken care of, my house is 30,000 sq feet,revised my name to Claire (it’s so pretty I love it) I have a loving boyfriend who is into shifting and spirituality as well, and so much more. I still do plan to permanent shift one day and I reserve to sundays for exploring the multiverse but I want to enjoy this reality now.
I thought being here was an accident after shifting, but nope everything happens bc you intended to and it’s so goddamn beautiful. In this post, I want to explore the concept of attention—specifically, aspects of it that might seem non-obvious or even surprisingly simple!
(This post contains my personal observations. If you disagree with something, that’s totally fine! But, by the way, pay attention to yourself when you disagree—sometimes, there’s enormous potential hidden in that. Happy reading, my dear ones!)
Essentially, attention is our "eyes." I don’t mean this in the literal sense. I’m talking about the inner eyes that focus our awareness on certain thoughts and feelings in our minds. But if it helps, you can visualize attention like physical eyes that allow you to see the external world. Just like you’re reading these words right now with your eyes—seeing the letters, the graphical elements—your attention "sees" the thoughts and emotions within your inner world.
Alright, now that we understand what attention is, let’s clarify its role: it acts as our "inner eyes," observing our thoughts.
Imagine you’re looking at this text with your physical eyes, but suddenly, you decide to glance at your adorable cat lying next to you. Without overthinking it, you simply shift your focus and look at your cat. The same applies to our inner eyes—we can always shift our attention to what feels more desirable in the moment.
Practice: Every time you realize you’re returning to thoughts and feelings that you don’t want to engage with right now, redirect your focus to what you do desire. Play with your attention as if you were shifting your gaze between objects in the physical world—after all, isn’t it effortless to move your eyes from one thing to another?
Think about it like this: you can sit through a sad, dramatic three-hour movie where the protagonist suffers endlessly, with no happy ending in sight. Or, you can close that tab and switch to a lighthearted comedy where everything is fun and effortless. See the metaphor? It’s easier than you think. Just stop overanalyzing the process of shifting your focus, just like you wouldn’t overanalyze moving your physical gaze—don’t strain your vision…
We’ve established what attention is and how to work with it using the metaphor of our physical eyes. Now, let’s return to the core of who you truly are. You are pure consciousness. Sometimes, external factors and noise make you forget what it’s like to simply be—to exist as pure consciousness.
Why does everything manifest so easily in the void state? Because in that state, there is no ego or subconscious—only your true essence. Many people who have experienced this state, including myself, can confirm that it is the most peaceful and love-filled "place" to be.
Remember: Pure consciousness is love and peace. So how does attention fit into this?
Wherever your attention is, there is love and peace. Yes, it’s that simple. Because attention is you, as pure consciousness.
When you focus on something, it means you perceive it as something imbued with peace and love. This applies even if what you’re focusing on feels terrible, anxiety-inducing, or frightening. We love what our attention is on, no matter what it is.
It might be difficult to admit, but when we fixate on something, it feels comfortable—just like pure consciousness feels comfortable in the void state, where there is no physical world. This may sound paradoxical at first, but if you look deeper—without the lens of surface-level thinking—you’ll likely understand what I mean.
Take the most common struggle in this community: "I can’t enter the void state." You keep falling asleep, you can’t relax enough, you can’t let go of control, external sounds and physical sensations distract you. But ask yourself (and please, be radically honest!): Don’t you, in some way, feel love and peace in these so-called failures? Because even in failure, there is a kind of success.
The success of remaining in a state where you’re not yet ready for "major change." The success of continuing your journey as a seeker of truth. The success of "failing" at entering the void state. The success of not facing the "new reality" you’d physically experience after leaving the void.
Take an honest look inside yourself and recognize the love and peace you already feel toward your current situation. Be truthful and deep in your observations. Don’t let your true voice be drowned out by the voices of ego and subconscious conditioning!
Practice: Take a problem that’s been weighing on you—something that has occupied your attention entirely. Look at it deeply and honestly. Find yourself in it as pure consciousness (trust me, you will find it!).
Why do this? Because recognizing the love and peace even in what troubles you most increases your awareness. Awareness allows you to direct your attention toward what is truly desirable. This way, you place yourself—as pure consciousness—at the forefront, giving ego and subconscious the second and third places on the podium.
Yes. It is easy. Everything becomes effortlessly simple and natural once we stop fighting ourselves as projections of this reality. When we recognize that our attention is always on what we love and what brings us peace—even if ego tries to convince us otherwise—we relax and reconnect with ourselves as creators.
By placing yourself as pure consciousness in the number-one position, you begin to see the truth: you have always been pure consciousness. You just had "poor vision" (remember the eye metaphor?), which blurred your perception of love and peace. Nothing has changed—except that now, you can see it.
And now you understand that directing your focus with your "inner eyes" is just as simple as shifting your gaze with your physical eyes.
Less overanalyzing, more curiosity. You are the creator—never forget that!
