I am certain you've done many things that are worth praise, all the times you've positively impacted people, all of the challenges you've overcome, even just surviving day to day while carving your place in the world is deserving of praise. it can be easy to slip into a spiral of negative emotions, but I know there are things in your life that you can be proud of. I think it's good to celebrate those things
