Hey remember that episode of Spongebob where Sandy sings about being homesick for Texas and Spongebob and Patrick overhear it and are worried that she’s going to leave Bikini Bottom so they have a Texas party at the Krusty Krab with all their friends, recreating things in Sandy’s song but they fuck it up like, pecan pie is just a can of peas shoved in a pie, barbeque is barbed wire in the shape of a Q, and the ten gallon hats are just plastic water jugs on their heads, and like…. Sandy just laughs so hard she breaks into tears, cause she sees what they’re trying to do for her to make her feel at home because they love her and don’t want her to leave…………… yo do you ever think about that goddamn episode
The peaceful dragon had been pushed one time too many. Someone was about to discover that “peaceful” did not mean “harmless”.

If angels are terrifying monstrosities that tell you “be not afraid” are demons adorable harmless creatures that demand to be feared?
With how fast she turned on him I 10000% believe the TARDIS was playing Sutekh for a fool the whole time, btw.
Why did she never mention it? Never hint at it, in say The Doctor Wife? Girl never had to. She had that dog on a leash, on lock. Sutekh was stuck with her. She see's time non-linearly. She exists on a level Sutekh, for all his power, never can. She always knew that moment was coming.
If Sutekh sticking around meant she got some attention and sweet words? That the Doctor was neglecting to give her? Well a Time Machine has needs

"Once upon a time... a little collector came to this planet accompanied by their family."
This is a very big project I have done with the idea of retelling what I understood to be The Collector's backstory in a way that required no words at all: only visuals. Undertale fans may also recognize the style homage here, as well as relevance in music choice.
I like how the twist in Slay the Princess isn't that the princess is some kind of ever shifting reality bending eldritch horror. That much was obvious to everyone and their mother even before the game came out. so the game doesn't even try to play its cards close to its chest.
the twist that the game slowly builds to is that you are also an ever shifting reality bending eldritch horror. That all of of your presumed limits are self imposed, and have been the entire time.
The princess changes and becomes as powerful as you believe her to be, but the same thing is true for you as well. the game is about the princess finding the pieces of herself, to learn who she is. meanwhile you are slowly learning WHAT you are, and once both of you fully know who and what you are you become fully fledged gods
You only die because you believe the narrator when he says you do, and as soon as you decide to not be dead, you suddenly cannot die because you've stopped believing in that limit.
You can only starve if you believe you need to eat.
As soon as you decide to stop playing around with the razor you summon the long quiet and easily trounce her.
As soon as you have the thought that the narrator isnt as strong as he pretends to be. that maybe he doesnt have final say in things. he loses any and all ability to control you or the construct.
