Pretty sure that Willows name if the game was translated right would have been ether Vera or Faith Willow. Vera is a old slavic name meaning Faith so if they wanted to “Americanized” she’d be literally Faith Willow. The wiki notes that Veras original name was mistakably translated to Willow because apparently Вера (Vera) has a similar spelling to the word верба (willow) so they also changed her last name for it to make sense. Confusing ikr. :/
