they were conjoined twins, joined on their backs but in an easy to separate way, but because of how they were joined they both only have one wing (inherited from philza)

the wings are kinda small and useless

I headcanon that in this AU they were born prematurely and the wings never really developed to their full potential, also the scars are so big ‘cause in the place they were joined a 3rd wing was growing, but it was deformed and was cut off
