not to be fake deep but….men who are kind are not the same as men who are kind to you bc they like you

it’s really hard to break the stigma surrounding mental illnesses when talking about yours is seen as intrinsically attention seeking

i love being in bed like yea everything is terrible but at least i’m in bed

in the meantime: study, journal, read more books, sit in silence, listen to music, take walks, take the stairs, do more things alone, do more things with friends, take notice of the small wonders of the world, create a sacred space in your mind
