Auf der einen Seite gehört diese Partei natürlich verboten, aber auf der anderen sind die Erfolgsaussichten realistisch betrachtet eher gering, und was nur die Eröffnung eines Verfahrens im öffentlichen Diskurs anrichten würde, mag ich mir gar nicht vorstellen. Geschweige denn die Erfolglosigkeit.
