When Slash was [on tour] in Peru, he got a call saying Axl wanted to talk. That led to a home-cooked steak meal at the singer's Los Angeles residence. After that, one of rock ’n roll’s longest-standing feuds ended quickly, according to Slash.

“Over time, and lack of communicating and gossip, and media…all this stuff sort of built up this storm of negativity. But it was like a cloud—you could stick your hand through it,” he says.

“Axl’s always been great to work with, but then there were also times when things were really, really difficult…That hasn’t presented itself in the last six years,” says Slash. “He’s been super, super f—ing professional, and actually less moody than me, even. And I’m not a moody guy.”

It’s impossible summarizing 4 years and half in a simple goodbye, but I hope you saw my passion for this club and this team in every single match i played for Juventus. 

A great thanks to Mr. Allegri and Mr. Marotta, wanting me in Turin - it was a previlege playing for Juventus and the last months won’t change the respect and the love I feel for this club. 

I want to say thanks to all my teammates I had in these seasons - I really appreciated every single battle with you and we won most of them!

I never forget all the victories and trophies, outcome of ours quality, hard work and team spirit.

A big thanks to the staff, that works in the backstage - trainers, med staff, physiotherapists and every person that takes care Juventus players to be in the best conditions in order to be successful.

In the end, the biggest thanks is for the wonderful supporters, who are the real reason why the club is great and victorious - I appreciated the support you gave me since the first day.

Concluding, I have always tried to give the best for the Bianconeri. I wish you the best! And for me, it’s time for a new chapter.
