sorry but i don't get how someone can fathom infinite realities with so many differences from our own but be upset when someone else - aka not them - wants to go to one where their experience will be different due to their age/race. like we are all going to realities where life is vastly different from our situation here and you're okay with gender changes and adding/removing mental illness (both fundamental parts of ur life in this reality) but changing ur race is somehow different and somehow wrong?

do u have the same mentality when it's another person in ur dr? like if u headcannon james potter as desi or latino when he's "canonically white" and in ur dr he's no longer white is that fucked up? i think it should be in your terms. consistency, yk?

It's wonderful how, with no warning and without even trying, we will randomly stumble across new favorite songs, new favorite artists, new favorite books, new favorite movies, new favorite games, new favorite shows, new favorite snacks, new passions, new hobbies, new interests, new favorite blogs and new favorite people. If anyone asks me in the future why I believe in Greek gods, norse gods, Egyptian gods, and any other pagan gods are real, I'm going to tell them this. One, there are so many people talking about their experiences that it's hard to believe it's not real. Secondly, there are so many stories about them that makes it hard to believe someone just randomly made them up. Finally, I just offered a glass of milk to lady Hekate after I felt drawn to offer that to her and when I gave her that offering her candle for a few seconds went up and wild and I instantly knew she liked it and was excited. That made me feel good to know she liked it and was happy and made me believe even further that the gods from the past are real, all of them are.

So I understand why we have alters/shrines for deities, and I have two separate ones for Hekate and Loki.

But how about also having an alter/shrine to ourselves? Worship ourselves like we would the gods? We are spiritual beings, and I think we deserve our own worship as spiritual beings but also as self care and self-love to ourselves. (Especially if we struggle with that!)

I heard about someone saying to image your a demon in a humans body that you have to look after but what if we made a shrine/alter for ourselves and treat ourselves with that respect and devotion we show to a deity?

I'm thinking of trying it and seeing how it goes.

It's okay for your desired reality s/o or family to change! It's okay for you to change your mind and decide you want a different person to be your family. It's okay for you to decide to change who your s/o is! There is NOTHING wrong with that! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It's normal to change our minds. We shouldn't have to feel guilty for it like we're 'cheating' on our s/o or family because we're not! We are just changing it to what s/o or family we now have decided we want in our desired reality at the moment.
