I just heard that Titans has been cancelled, season 4 is the last one. What a crazy ride, gonna miss this show đđđ
I want a story about a king whose son is prophesied to kill him so the king is like âwhatever what am I supposed to do, kill my own kid wtf is wrong with youâ so he just raises him as normal, doesnât even tell him about the prophecy, and instead of some convoluted twist of events that leads to the kingâs murder the son grows up and when the king is very old and dying and in excruciating pain the kid is just like alright I'mma put him out of his misery.

Can someone give me a summary of Chain of Thorns, Iâm not gonna be able to read it for a while.
here's a little news: they've cut off our internet connection like they did 3 years ago when the entire Bloody Aban situation was going on, and I'm one of the few lucky people with a tiny bit of access to come on here and literally BEG you to spread the word. people are on the streets getting killed. a 10 year old girl was shot, several teens are dead. women are being shamelessly fucking beaten (in Mahsa's case, to DEATH) by the same people who cry over historic islamic women being tortured or misbehaved a thousand years ago. do not stay silent.
If you see this on your dashboard, reblog this, NO MATTER WHAT and all your dreams and wishes will come true.
The most insane thing is how the fans who see nothing wrong with the ending is trying to tell those who do to rewatch the karate kid moviesâŚlike I think you guys need to take your own advice.
Oh GodâŚso listen,
The majority of the Cobra Kai fandom are incels that view masculinity with aggression and âbad assâ fight choreographies and the idea of Cobra Kai provides them that therefore their and the writers favoritism. They donât care about how an ending that praises Cobra Kai contradicts everything the main franchise established about Mr. Miyagi and how it was build as a way for expression and defending yourself against bullies but not by matching their energy but becoming a better person. If the writers of CK actually wanted to send a message that honors the original movies they couldâve used Kwonâs death as a reflection that the âstrike hard, no mercyâ mentality is harmful and extremist. And building on the principle that both attack and defense can be good for Karate, the âbalanceâ of Daniel and Johnnyâs teachings but Cobra Kai has been trying to revision history and trying to make it seem like what Johnny did to Daniel in the OG movies wasnât bullying and that heâs justified by how âobnoxiousâ Daniel is. Kwonâs death was meaningless and was only added for shock value, not because they wanted to create a concisions discussion on the dangers of harboring violence on teenagers with the sport.
It was already odd to see Miguel respond so aggressively to the Cobra Kai chant and winning because being aggressive always gets you a win and if you try to play by the rules it does not give you anything (looks at Robby and Samâs reward). The show ended with the âstrike first, strike hard, no mercyâ phase on the wall just like the first episode. Nothing progressed.
And I do not appreciate that in this day and age the message this series wants to send is that the peaceful ways of teaching are obsolete and we should allow violence as the only alternative because thatâs the only way weâll be rewarded.
And you see how the majority of the Cobra Kai fans are crying tears over Johnny not being included in Karate Kid: Legends. Now, why would he? The Karate Kid is Daniel LaRusso. And no one else. No amount of Cobra Kai episodes will stop that from that being real. And we thank god the ones in charge of the movie are not the writers of Cobra Kai and maybe the essence of the original movies can be restored.
I keep forgetting Chain of Thorns is released end of January đđđ
hey, my kurdish friend wanted to point out that the iranian woman murdered by the police in tehran was a kurd and her kurdish name was jĂŽna emĂŽnĂŽ. she has mostly been referred to as mahsa amini, the iranian version of her name, in the media & that can ofc still be used to make sure posts about her reach a mainstream audience. however people should make sure to mention her given kurdish name foremost, as well as highlight the fact that she was a kurd in the first place, because that played a part in her facing the violence that she did.
