When is Optimus gonna get his new human???

It's my 1 year anniversary on Tumblr, friends!

I don’t post as often as I should, but don’t you worry your little head, little Dealers. I will post more to appeal to my audience!

If you were to react to your creator and her friends, what would you do with them and why? (Like books, coloring, etc.!)

Well, I enjoy writing poetry or reading a good book with a nice cup of tea..So maybe those.

Hello, Ultimate! This is different but soooo cute! Optimus is such a dad and I would love to see him take care of a child☺️☺️

‼️Note: I am working on the Starscream Oneshot as I type this and the Knockout Headcanons, don't worry. You guys are being very patient and I am so grateful 🙏🙏 Hopefully I can get more done soon but I am struggling right now and it's taking me longer to get requests done.‼️

Optimus Prime

He found you wandering the streets while on patrol and the Prime was quite startled when you ran out in front of him, trying to disappear through the desert/buildings/etc. and he slammed on his brakes just before he hit you.

You were like a deer in the headlights, eyes wide with fear and shock, and you seemed to be shaking from being scared or cold Optimus didn't know, but he was determined to find out who you were and where your parents were at.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to run out in front of you, Mister!"

Your soft voice, barely able to be heard over Optimus's rumbling engine flitted to his audio receptors, causing him to make a stupid decision and he transformed right there in front of you.

Your eyes widen in both fear and mesmerization, stumbling back and tripping over your own two feet and landing on your ass, and the Prime holds up his servos and in a gentle voice he asks,

"Where are your parents, Young One? You must not be out here alone, you could get hurt,"

For some reason, you're immediately soothed by his vocals, his kind, bright blue optics shining on you, and your lips tremble as you say,

"I-I have no one, Mister. I'm all alone, I have nowhere to go,"

Your words break his spark, causing his tank to twist and he felt sick as he thought about what your parents may have done or the government could have done to cause you to have to live this way, and the Autobot leader cautiously reached a servo to you and replied, saying,

"I can keep you safe, if you are willing for me to take you in. My name is Optimus Prime, Young One, what is your name?"

"(Y/n) (L/n), Mister Prime. I would like that, a lot actually,"

Your voice would waver just a bit, hesitant to get closer to him, though the Prime just waits patiently for you to make the first move, and you finally step closer and place your tiny hand on top of his servo.

"Well, Young One, I am glad. Now, let's get you warmed up,"

With that, Prime would scoop you up and transform back, your little shout of surprise making him chuckle quietly, and, once the Autobot leader is back in his alt-mode, his vocals reverberate through his radio and says,

"I have a cot back behind my driver's seat, with a couple of blankets and some snacks if you wish to eat something, Young One,"

"Thank you, thank you, you're so kind, Mister Prime,"

"(Y/n), you do not have to be so formal, you can call me Optimus,"

You blush as you shimmy behind his driver's seat, dropping onto the cot, and you reply with a sheepish tone, saying,

"Thank you, Optimus,"

"You're welcome, Young One,"

HCs for after y'all meet:

Optimus is so attentive to your needs, since he understands that humans require a lot of care and maintenance and he always has what you need.

You are connected to him as if you were an extension of him or his shadow, and some of the other Autobots find it quite cute how attached you are to their leader.

The Prime took you in and became the father you never had and always wanted and needed, yeah you're gonna be attached to him.

Optimus loves snagging new things for you to try, especially if you enjoy reading, writing or drawing ... he's getting note books, pens, pencils, cute little stickers, books recently published etc.

You get so excited and your eyes light up as you thank him over and over again for getting you something new and the Prime's spark swells with fatherly love.

If you are AFAB, he will know exactly what you require since your anatomy is much different than his own and he knows certain humans bleed every month or needs special products like bras and such when you begin growing into a young woman.

If you are AMAB, Optimus might bond with you a bit more, since he's been surrounded by more males of both the human and Cybertronian variety, but you still need lots of maintenance as well.

He loves you as if you were truly his own child, and, after finding out your parent(s)/guardian kicked you out/died/or so on, he would feel even more protective of you and wants to shield you from the outside world and its pain.

You both tend to fall asleep together too. Which Optimus finds that it is his favorite part of the day, with you curled up on his chassis as he tells you a story about his time on Cybertron and after you drift off, he is not too far behind in falling into recharge.

Don't ever think he doesn't love you as his child, you both may be different species, but he would die for you and wants you to live a healthy and happy life, just like a father would want for his child.
