Some examples of Heinrich Kley’s influence on Disney’s Fantasia (1940). The Dance of the Hours sequence featured Kley’s dancing crocodiles (and droll hippos), whereas the Chernobog from Night on Bald Mountain was inspired by Kley’s hellish, towering demons.
