This sounds silly, but I swear by it. It's my go to when i need to do chores but executive dysfunction/depression is bothering me.
Put on idle video game music, my go to is lost woods, and pretend you are playing yourself as a video game
Your little guy has to do their mini quests or else they can't earn XP!!
