8. Love someone – Tell them.

You only live once. Keep it simple.

comparison is like taking your time to plant a garden with beautiful flowers and trees that attracts its own birds and bugs and creatures, but thinking someone else’s garden is better without taking one second to admire and acknowledge the growth, blooms and sweet fruits of your own garden. when you have time, sit in your garden on a sunny day, look at the creatures you gave a home to, and fall in love with your own creation. maybe dream about lily ponds and cute animal sculptures to add, or other flower species to plant in the future too. just don’t write your garden off so easily - it’s beautiful to exist and makes the world a lovelier place.
