Real friends are not jellous of you or bully you even in jokes. the sooner you understand the less it will hurtโก
this blog is now anti-John Walker. I hate everyone who donโt respect Steve Rogersโ legacy with the same passion!
Bucky: Hey Stevie, are you a toaster?
Steve: why?

I'm never going to shut up about how people will inherently create. Even in absolutely dystopian states of the world (the fallout, 1984, the hunger games) there will always be someone who added trinkets to their jacket because they tought it looked cool. In an absolutely desperate situation, you will always have people look at a completely useless thing and go: oooOOhh, shiny! and then attach that scrap of metal to their clothes or necklace.
This post exists because I was thinking about how Julie in 1984 ties the red sash around her waist (to empashize her chest and hips), meanwhile other members ofter have it rather around their arms or like a belt.
even in dystopia, people want to have authenticity. No one can rob us of being original. Not truly - not fully.

The main title in "A fistful of dollars" is legit my favourite one of the trilogy. I like it maybe even more than "the good, the bad and the ugly" score. It's just... So simple and one of the greatest testaments of Ennio Morricone's gรฉnius ever displayed.
One of my favourite things about it is the simplicity. It uses just things that people would have available in the wild west, which I feel makes the real difference in building the atmosphere.
The wind โ obviously you cannot use as an instrument, so, to imitate the howling of the wind over the wide, bare dessert, he uses violin (and later other string instruments)
Whistling โ which, obviously, cowboys were able to do
Bells ringing โ like the ones in a church, the clinking also reminds me of spurs (obviously you can't use spurs as an instruments, so something that's also shiny, clinking and metal comes to play โ the bells)
Whips cracking โ which, many people had to have whips on the wild west
Male chorus โ [see whistling above]
Acoustic guitar โ is there to essentially string (ha) the melody together. Pretty much the only instrument used that doesn't symbolise something else, and thus the music theme is built around it.
[in a few parts of the soundtrack, instead of acoustic guitar is used the electric one = I love Ennio Morricone so much :D]
Have like, 3-4 dirty fanfic ideas now involving Manco and Indio. In one case, with Mortimer thrown in as well.
I can't believe there is such a small amount of fics written about El Indio (and, by extension, Ramone). That man has unbelievable homoerotic energy about him.
Literally every time he's on screen, something homoerotic happens. I have to go before I write an essay here (the essay is now part of the list too.)
Hello, emergency? Yes, I need to know how does one transform into a piece of cigarette paper.
