I can't seem to let myself feel the wish fulfilled, I am scared that if I allow myself to accept my desire(s) in my imagination I won't want it in the 3d anymore, and if I don't want it in the 3d anymore or if it doesn't shows up then what's the point of all of this, I am really stressed lately because I feel like everyone is getting it but me.
the only reason you want your desire in the 3d is because you're experiencing a lack within. so you want desires in the 3d so you can fulfill and satisfy that lack within. if you fulfill your desires within, yes you will reach a point where you don't care if it even happens in the 3d or not because you feel like you actually have it and suddenly the 3d seems unimportant. but just because you no longer desire it in the 3d doesn't mean it won't show up. this is quite literally the only way things can show up in the 3d lol.
the only way things can show up in the 3d is if you accept your desire as a present fact in imagination. desire is within and must be fulfilled within. fulfilling your desires within is the only way they can show up in the 3d. if you accept your desire, it will happen in the 3d because 3d isn't something separate from you, it's literally your own mind. if it didn't show up in the 3d, i wouldn't have made this blog in the first place let alone keep living my life upon the law. your desires will show up after accepting them even if you don't desire them in the 3d, i promise. the 3d is your own mirror. if you change your outfit, then the mirror reflects even if you don't need the mirror to reflect. it's the same thing.
plus, you're creating that fear. you can literally tell yourself you feel secure because you know your 3d must reflect that and feel the relief and security of it. 3d is your own mind. you're in this 3d world. that means you're inside your own mind(the mind of god). your mind isn't in your body, your body is in your mind. so if you accept your desire in imagination, then it's literally the most natural and obvious and mundane thing in the world for your desire to show up in the 3d. be indifferent to your fear and make a conscious choice to feel secure because you know your desire must show up in the 3d. plus, when you fulfill your desire in imagination, you get this deep conviction within yourself that it'll happen in the 3d so you won't even have to do this.
set that fear aside just for one moment and fulfill yourself. you'll see that it was just you stopping yourself and there is absolutely no reason to fulfill yourself and feel bliss because of some powerless fear.
This is the only law of assumption post you’ll ever need, basically manifesting 101. This is a perfect post for beginners, but is also a great read if you’re looking to go back to basics. I sincerely hope this helps you and clears up anything you’re questioning!
★ Manifesting
To manifest is to persist in an assumption until it manifests into your 3D reality.
★ Assumptions
To create an assumption/to assume is to accept something to be true without proof. This can be done by simply stating you have a desire and then persisting in the fact that it is true.
★ Persistence
To persist is to continue with an act. So, continue to stand firm in your assumption. You cannot be persisting then complain about not having your desire, that is not standing firm in the fact you have your desire, that is persisting in the state of lack.
★ States
States are not a method. You are always in a state of consciousness. But what does it mean to be in a state? A state is what you are identifying with, your thoughts, your emotions, everything to do with your consciousness and mindset. You simply get into a state by setting the intention, or by well… stating an assumption.
★ The 3D and the 4D
The 3D is our physically reality, while the 4D is our imagination. The 3D is nothing but a mirror of the 4D, this is why your assumptions manifest into the 3D, and why the 4D is referred to as the only reality - The 3D wouldn’t exist without the 4D. Everything is based off of your assumptions, you have the power to change absolutely anything. If you can imagine it you can have it.
★ The state of the wish fulfilled
The state of the wish fulfilled is to be in a state of mind in which you are sure you have your desire. You maintain the state by standing firm and persisting in your assumption. You can also use methods to enter the state of the wish fulfilled but this isn’t necessary. The state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state with time.
★ Ignoring the 3D
The 3D is to not be ignored. The 3D is to be dismissed. Ignoring the 3D can lead to spiralling and stress. You should be able to look at your current circumstances and tell yourself that your circumstances will change, they are not permanent. You should not be trying to change your 3D, the idea of the law is to change your 4D, to change your imagination and thought patterns because that is what is reflected into the 3D.
★ Methods
There are many methods out there, such as visualisation, scripting and affirming. These are not the only method, you can even create your own methods! These are only tools to help you enter the state of the wish fulfilled and to impress your subconscious mind. No method is necessary for manifesting, only do a method if you enjoy it. Do not do a method just because it has worked for someone else, especially if you do not enjoy it. Do only what works for you and makes you feel good.
Visualisation is the act of forming a mental image in your mind, including scenarios, with the intent to bring them into reality.
Scripting is when you write down your desires as if you have them or are going to get them. This can be done on paper or digitally, most people do this as if they were writing a diary entry.
Affirming can be seen as a method, but in reality we are affirming all the time. Affirmations are just thoughts. So how can this be a method? By purposely repeating a certain affirmation multiple times throughout the day or even multiple affirmations.
Vaunting is the same as simple old affirming, but instead of just one sentence it is multiple sentences, a paragraph.
★ Negativity
Most people worry about having negative thoughts and emotions, thinking it has ruined their manifestions. You are allowed to have negative thoughts and emotions; Obviously, it would be nice not to and you should strive for positivity in your life. But do not go out of your way to spiral by feeding into negative thoughts, if you get a negative thought acknowledge it, do not become a victim to your own imagination and mind. You can cry and have negative emotions, do not bottle up your emotions, but do not tell yourself that you’ve ruined everything just because you’re having a normal human reaction. As long as you’re returning to the state of the wish fulfilled more times that the state of lack, then the state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state, which is what we are trying to achieve.
With all that being said, you have and will forever have the power to manifest. Manifesting is not some magical voodoo superpower, it is part of life, but it just isn’t common knowledge. You are someone who has this knowledge, you know that your assumptions create, so please do not hold yourself back. There are no limits. If you really want what you desire you will discipline yourself and put in the effort. This is all about you, you create the rules and you create your reality. I wish you all the best of luck for the bottom of my heart, I believe in you and you should too.
i feel like ‘living in the end’ is such a load of bull, everyone’s saying affirm and persist or go into the states. i feel like half of the community don’t have lives to live or even go outside. Idk, i just feel like not everyone can do that, especially in such a bad environment. like I get it I want to manifest a better life but its not my fault if I don’t persist or believe.
im not an affirm and persist girly anymore, but i was for a good year or two. all the advice i saw online was to affirm more. "if your desire isn't here yet, you haven't affirmed enough." i trusted this blindly, and i ended up affirming 24/7. it took up my whole life. i'd affirm while hanging out with my friends, while watching tv, while playing video games, while listening to music. and i wasn't getting my desires, even though it had been months. this is what led me to states, even though for a good year i didn't know the term "states".
states make manifesting so easy. you don't have to be in the state all day, because you are constantly shifting in and out of states all day long. you don't have to be perfect, you don't have to dedicate your entire day every day to repeating affirmations. the state you consistently going back to--aka your dwelling state--is what manifests. as long as you go back to the state of having your desire more than you go to the state of NOT having your desire, your desire will manifest.
living in the end is not a load of bull, but it's also not a 24/7 job like some people have made it out to be. let's say your manifesting money. i'm sure there are stretches of time throughout the day where you don't think about money at all. maybe while you're watching tv or reading a book or playing a video game. at that time, you're neither in the state of being rich, nor in the state of being poor. that's why you don't have to be in your desired state 24/7.
manifestation is a tool, it's not a job. we should not be neglecting our lives to affirm 24/7. nor should we be counting our affirmations. manifestation is a natural process. we manifested for years without even knowing we were doing it. we didn't create "neural pathways" or repeat sentences 10,000 times until our mind was saturated. we simply knew (assumed) something to be true, and then it manifested naturally into our 3d reality.
if it's not your fault if you don't persist, then who's is it? you have to take responsibility for everything you do. if you're in a bad environment, i don't blame you for having trouble with persisting or believing. but it's still something you're doing (or not doing). manifestation is your power that can help you get out of whatever situation you're in. especially if it's a situation that has no physical solution. if your only hope to get out of your situation is to manifest your way out, then people like me are here to teach you how to manifest. if you don't want to put in the effort, that's on you.
i know this sounds harsh. but as i explained before, states is very easy. you don't have to believe that everything is cupcakes and rainbows in your 3D when you're seeing the opposite of what you want. but it's not permanent, and you have the power to change the story in your 4D to be something more favorable. change your 4D first, and the 3D will follow. it is safe to think/imagine in your favor. take care of your 3D, don't neglect it. but there is nothing dangerous or high stakes about living in the end in your imagination. living in the end ≠ acting as if. if you're manifesting money and you only have ten dollars to your name, don't spend that money on something you don't need because "that's what a rich person would do." nothing you do in your 3D will effect your manifestation. it doesn't matter if you're not acting like a rich person, as long as you consistently go back to the state of being rich. the only thing you need to do is occupy the state of the wish fulfilled more than you occupy the state of lack, and your 3d will change. my fav way to do this is the distraction technique. the whole purpose of this technique is to shift your state to the wish fulfilled, and then go on about your day without having to constantly think about your desire. which is perfect for someone who doesn't have much time to manifest.
living in the end is not bull, it's one of the most important parts of manifesting. but i hope i've shown you that it isn't as hard as the grind culture that is affirming 24/7 has made it out to be. it's not a job, and it shouldn't take up all of your mental capacity or months of your time. you should be allowed to focus on things other than your manifestation!

Oh babe, I get it. You’ve been persisting, repeating affirmations like a mantra, trying every method, every technique, holding onto your vision with a white-knuckled grip—and still, the 3D’s sitting there like a stale piece of toast. No butter. No jam. Just dry, disappointing reality.
And now you’re tired. Maybe even bitter. You’re wondering, “Am I broken? Am I missing something? Why is it working for everyone else but me?”
Listen, angel: manifesting should feel natural and fun. It’s not supposed to feel like a chore. It’s supposed to feel like coming home to your truth. Like letting yourself finally breathe. Like laughing in the face of "logic" because your desire already belongs to you.
But when it feels like a chore—when you’re watching the 3D like a hawk, obsessing over what hasn’t changed, or spiraling every time something doesn’t show up overnight—it’s not a sign to try harder. It’s a sign to pause.
Take a break. Not from your desire, but from the pressure. Go live. Go do something dumb and silly. Watch a comfort show. Hug a pillow. Cry. Nap. Touch something soft. Recharge.
Saturate your mind gently—not because you’re terrified it won’t happen if you don’t, but because it just feels good to think about what’s already yours. And most importantly, come back to your center.
You are the operant power.
You always have been.
You always will be.
And no 3D, no delay, no doubt, no person, no situation, no breakdown can EVER strip you of that. The only one who can block your manifestation... is you, through the assumptions you keep feeding.
This isn’t about you being “bad” at manifesting. It’s about old story addiction. You keep checking the 3D like it’s gonna give you a cookie when all it does is reflect what you believe to be true. When you keep whispering, “It’s not here yet,” guess what? The law will say, “Okay. Not here yet.”
But if—even in your most drained, disheveled, emotionally hungover moment—you say, “You know what? It’s mine anyway,” that shifts everything.
And look. I know I’m a bitch. A bad bitch, okay? A bad bitch reminding every single one of you just how powerful you are. But I’d never belittle you for being human. Not for one second. It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to break. It’s okay to need a moment.
Let it out. Be human.
But never forget—you are the power. The answer. The method. The key. The truth. And nothing can take that away from you. Nothing.

Is it fine if I feel bad or upset and get negative thoughts,but knows that I have my desires in 4d.
yes as long as you dont give attention to the bad thoughts bc you know you will always be the person with your desires. i saw this somewhere a long time ago: a supermodel is filthy rich and when she gets random negative thoughts that she is poor, it doesnt effect her bc she identifies as the person who is already rich. so the thought or emotion should have no effect on you bc you will always identify and assume that you have your desire bc you do. ofc we are human and we are allowed to cry and feel bad so dont keep it inside, just let it out but at the end if the day, your I AM stays the same: “I AM the person who already has all my desires.”

что я собираюсь делать:
НЕ заходить в Tumblr
2. быть в состоянии исполненного желания и быть той версией себя, у которой уже есть свое желание
3. мыслить/действовать/реагировать исходя из своего желания в воображении
4. удовлетворять себя с помощью техник
5. отклонять 3д, не обращать на него внимания

i ask myself: how would i think, act, and see the world if i was that person who has it now? and then i feel myself easily become and embody that version of me. i let myself surrender to the state.
example: if i would want to get a A+ on a test, i would notice how im stressing about “what if i get a B?” i stop myself and just think: would the version of me who knows they have A+ think like this? would they be stressing like this? then i think of what the desired version of me would think, act, and see the world. i would think its normal to get an A+, i would act chill because i know i got an A+, i would see the world as someone who always effortlessly passes a test
tip: embody a version of you that feels it natural/normal to have what you want like i embodied the version of me who knows they always get A+ because it is normal for them.
shifting states is too easy and its instant. dont put too much pressure on it. if its “too hard” for you, realize that is only a state. youre in the state of thinking its too hard. try meditation and calm down. then allow yourself to feel as the person who has it. be it within. thats how you shift states.
also: how would the world react to that version of you? with this example, the world would see me as someone who always gets A+ so they would react to me as if i was smart and highly intelligent. allow yourself to use those questions to feel and know you are already what you want.

why you might not "have" your manifestation yet
this is a question i see a lot, mostly on twitter. i ended up making a thread about it, and since you guys are my day 1's, i decided to also convert it into a post for you guys!
let's be honest with ourselves.
firstly, if you're acknowledging that you don't have your desire, then you're not in the state of the wish fulfilled.
secondly, you shift in and out of states all day long. you are not going to be in the state of the wish fulfilled for days straight--lets alone weeks--and that's okay! there's really no need to be.
you just need to enter the state of the wish fulfilled MORE FREQUENTLY than you enter the state of lack. so, if you fall out of your desired state 10 times in a day, your goal is to shift back to your desired state 11 times that day.
entering your desired state more than the state of lack will make it become your dwelling state, and your dwelling state is what manifests.
your dwelling state = the state you most frequently go back to
so, if your 3D is still showing you lack, that means the state of lack is still your dwelling state. which means throughout the day, you are falling out of the state and not shifting back to it.
which means, no, you haven't "been in the state for weeks."
-you're doubting
-you're wondering where your desire is
-you're checking the 3D
-you're acknowledging you don't have your desire yet
your state creates your thoughts, so your thoughts act as indicators of what state you're in.
you shift back to your desired state. if you don't, you will remain in the state of lack. which means for that day, you will have entered the state of lack more than the state of the wish fulfilled.
and what happens if you enter the state of lack more frequently than the state of the wish fulfilled? the state of lack will remain your dwelling state. which means you will continue not seeing your manifestation reflected in your 3D.
if you have truly been entering your desired state more frequently than the state of lack, you would see your desire reflected in your 3D. so if you don't "have" your manifestation yet, you haven't changed your dwelling state yet. so there's no "i've been in the state and i don't have my desire yet." you've still be in the state of lack more than the state of the wish fulfilled.
there's no pressure to be perfect when you first start manifesting something! (or ever, tbh). if you go back to the state of lack without realizing it at first, that's okay! you're not "doing it wrong", you're just still learning! you'll get better at recognizing the fact you've fallen out of the state.
but if you say "i've been in the state but i don't have my desire yet", i immediately know that's not the case. because your state creates your thoughts, and that particular thought is a product of the state of lack.
you need to take responsibility. it's no one's fault but your own if you haven't changed your dwelling state yet. once again, it's okay if you're not perfect when you start manifesting. but if you're blaming not having your desire on other people, you don't understand the main concept of manifestation, which is that YOU create your reality. it's no one's fault but your own, and that's a good thing! you don't have to rely on anyone else; the power is entirely in your hands.
when you notice a doubt or negative thought arise, you can feel it for a moment if you need to, or rant about it, but afterwards you need to shift back into the state of the wish fulfilled.
it gets easier and easier to do this. it's like learning how to do anything: it's hard the first few times, but as you practice, it gets easier and easier. it's become easier for you to realize you fell out of the state you want to make your dwelling state, and easier for you to shift back to it.
don't give up because it's difficult for you at first! maybe the first day, you'll fall out of the state 15 times and only manage to shift back to it 10 times. but then the next day, you fall out of the state 15 times, and you shift back to it 12 times.
it'll get easier and easier, until eventually that gap closes and you are able to shift back to the state every single time you fall out if it! and then, your new state becomes your dwelling state!
it's important to note that shifting back to your desired state ≠ flipping your thoughts. in fact, most people i've helped with manifestation find it much easier and more effective to just ignore the thought rather than to flip it.
why does this work? because all you need in order to shift states is intention.
to intend = to have a plan, result, or purpose in your mind when you do something
so when you ignore a thought, you do it with the purpose in mind to shift back to your desired state.
so if you notice a thought that doesn't line up with the state you want to be in, and you make the conscious decision to ignore it and not give it any power or further thought, you are intending to shift back to your desired state.
it can really be as easy as that!
to end this post i just want to reiterate the fact that you don't need to feel bad if you're not perfect at first! just keep getting back on the horse, and with persistence you will make your desired state your new dwelling state!
where is the stuff that i manifested?
why is my reality lagging? why am i, the divine, the ordained, the girl on the hill, not seeing the thing i have declared mine? i have sat in the temple of assumption. i have dined with the lords of the quantum realm. i have whispered my desires into the cosmos like a mistress to the moon. so where the fuck is it?
breathe. inhale. exhale. do not become a tragic greek figure, clawing at the sky, cursing the gods, wailing into the abyss. you are not sisyphus. you are not icarus. you are, in fact, the universe wearing a silly little meatsuit. and the universe is not incompetent.
but let’s get clinical. let’s get ruthless. let’s get biblical.
i , are you checking the 3d like a victorian wife checking the window for her husband’s ship? if you keep looking at the 3d for confirmation, you are living in the state of lack. and what does the 3d do? it mirrors. so if you live in the state of “where is it,” the 3d will say, “where is what” right back to you. congrats, you’ve manifested a waiting room. enjoy the grey chairs and outdated magazines.
ii , are you persisting or are you pouting? manifestation is not a negotiation. you do not get to sit across from the universe like a hostile business partner, arms crossed, demanding results before you believe. belief is the contract. assumption is the currency. you are either in the state of the wish fulfilled, or you are outside in the cold, shivering, looking through the window at your desire having a candlelit dinner without you.
iii , are you declaring or are you begging? the universe does not respond to “please, oh mighty forces, grant me this one thing.” the universe responds to, “this is mine because i said so.” you do not ask. you do not hope. you do not weep at the altar. you declare.
iv , are you actually embodying it? or are you just thinking about it in a cute way? imagining yourself as the version of you who has it is not a one-time aesthetic exercise. it is a full-body possession. the reality in which you have it is the real reality. this one, the one that says you don’t, is the illusion. the question is, which one do you choose to believe?
v , are you reacting to the 3d like it’s god? the 3d is old news. the 3d is a corpse. the 3d is a polaroid of a moment that has already passed. if you react to it, if you bow to it, if you let it dictate your inner world, you are breathing life back into the past instead of standing in the present, drenched in your fulfilled desire, dripping in inevitability.
vi , do you actually think it’s yours? or do you just want it? wanting is not having. wanting is the antithesis of having. wanting says, “this is separate from me.” having says, “it is done.” when you order food at a restaurant, you do not sit there worrying that it won’t come. you just know it’s on the way. so why are you treating your desire like a lost package instead of an assured delivery?
