I put on my sunglasses, to hide my swollen eyes, over my tears. I cried all my makeup off. Went inside to have a milkshake. I donāt know why. I wanted something to drink as I figured out what I would do. I got a soda and a milkshake. Medium. The cashier looked at me and with a line around the corner of the counter he rushed away from the counter āHold on ā he yelled to a coworker.
I filled my soda and went back and saw him looking all over. I go up and he gets close and says āI made it a largeā.
That was seriously enough for me not to do it. His kindness. Someone went out of their way and as I went back in my car to cry I realized I could muster through a few other days. A few more weeks. Then I came down from that panicky high of anxiety, depression, and pain. I finished my shake. And it was enough time to let me feel better. I⦠Iām alive. Iāll make it through.
Try and be nice today. Tomorrow. Something as much as a smile. It helped so much.
Thank you man at McDonalds.
The milkshake saved my life

This looks like a gorgeous home. It was built in 1997 in Oregon City, OR. 4bds, 3ba, $1.875.
A babbling brook at the front door. Ah, but the owner had a vision. Check out the inside.
The entrance has a floating staircase and 144,000 lbs. of basalt columns.
So, this looks like a water feature under the stairs, but I can't make out what's in that strip under the stairs. Looks like they decoupaged some magazine pages.
According to the description, the rocks were meticulously placed.
Mini cave to the dining area.
This doesn't appeal to my senses. A cool rock cave that leads to a bland, gray, dated dining room. Bleh.
The openings to the rooms kind of remind me of mines. In the living room there's a large stone fireplace and bring your trains, b/c there are elevated tracks hanging from the ceilings.
There's a mural in the dinette and a high open window to the kitchen, for some reason.
There are too many unnecessary stairs in this house. With all the natural elements, I don't know why they painted the family room rose.
The kitchen's nice. I like the counters. It's kind of angular, but I like the simulated brick oven.
You will notice that, for some reason, this home has lots of windows in the walls.
Here comes the train over the pool room. Reminds me of Mr. Rogers creepy ass trolley.
Is that real moss on the rocks?
This is weird. These stair railings are mission style. Look at the built-in drawer on the left and the little door. Some cool, but odd, features.
What is up with all the windows? This one in the primary bedroom has shutters. There's a lot of built-in furniture, too.
The en-suite has a glass block shower.
The basement isn't finished, but has a nice twig display.
Looks like there's a wood shop.
Large back yard with a patio, decks, and hot tub.
22.75 acres of land. This private road leads to an outbuilding.
This is beautiful. You could actually crawl inside that tree stump like some kind of hobbit.
Someone carved this tree.
This building has great potential to be a 2nd residence.
Gorgeous Oregon views.
The 22.75 acre property is gorgeous. Lots of possibilities.

As you all know Iām pretty Obsessed with Dadzawaā¦So I thought Iād share with all of you some of my favorite Dadzawa/Parental Aizawa Shouta | Eraserhead fic s! I couldnāt fit them all on one page (big surprise) some Iām splitting them up in multiple posts! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
*Legend
- C/ N/C = Completed/ Not/Completed
- G, T+, M = Ratings
- N/W = No warning/ Chose not to put warnings
- Gdov, R/n-c, U = Graphic depictions of Violence, Rape/Non-consensual, Underage.
- Numbers.w = Word count
- If not completed, date of last update is included.
- It was only meant to be another job: wait under cover in the night for a trade by the ports, bust down some illegal Quirk enhancer operation, and take into custody a dangerous, illusive drug lord. It wasnāt anything new for Aizawa, nor was it anything overwhelming. However, the same thing couldnāt be said about finding yourself taking care of a young and very ill-mannered child.
- Or the one where Aizawa finds a 4-year-old Katsuki in the aftermaths of a drug bust and idiotically decides to take him in.
- Bakugou rounded the car but not before Aizawa caught a good look at his face. It was a blistering red on one cheek and his eyes were watery; not because he was upset, that much was certain, but because of the pain. Bakugou must have felt his gaze, turning and glaring at him before jumping into the car, Midoriya meekly climbing in the other side and squeezing himself as close to the door as possible.
- The shame of it was, if Bakugou had showed even the slightest hint of asking for help, Aizawa would have taken him.
- Aizawa isnāt expecting Bakugou Katsuki to turn up on his doorstep. That doesnāt mean heās surprised when he does either.
- āYou also said I couldnāt be a pro-hero.ā Now the kid was just twisting his words around.
- It was Aizawaās turn to get annoyed now. āOnce again, I never said that. What makes you think that?ā
- Bakugou turned away and mumbled something inaudible; Aizawa told him to repeat himself. āYou canāt be a pro if youāre deaf.ā
- āI should expel you just for saying that.ā
- I told you outside,ā Aizawa chooses his words carefully, reiterating the same point heās made before. āMy responsibility for you doesnāt end at the classroom. Every part of your life is partially my responsibility. Your father doesnāt scare or intimidate me. If you need help, I can get it for you, but you and I both know that you need to ask for it first.ā
- Aizawa organizes a way for the students to go home for the holidays. Todoroki Shouto, however, gets left behind by his father. Aizawa, annoyed at Endeavor, takes Shouto under his care for the night, and is joined by a certain Yamada Hizashi.
- He remembers being scared and nervous at first. He remembers hitting Aizawa in the middle of a crowd. He remembers talking. He remembers feeling warm, feeling strangely happy. He remembers that small strip of paper Aizawa had given him, the one with his personal phone number written on it, and the promise heād made to his teacher. And he remembers the promise his teacher had made to him.
- He has no idea why heās here.
- Todoroki Shouto wakes up in a hospital with no memory of how he got there. He knows two thingsāhe made a mistake somewhere along the way, and for some reason, Aizawa Shouta and Yamada Hizashi are here.
- When Aizawa and Yamada respond to a police call, the last thing they expect to happen is to adopt yet another kid. Yet here they are, filling out paperwork at the courthouse to get legal custody of a five-year old Todoroki Shouto.
- Once Endevorās abuse is made public by a little green haired bird, Todoroki needs somewhere to stay. Two certain pro heroes house him while they wait for the trial (and maybe after that, tooā¦)
- Endeavourās ābad parentingā is something Todoroki just has to put up withā¦until he doesnāt.
- In this world of Heroes, itās so easy to reach out a hand and help another up. In this world of Villains, itās so easy to tear another down.
- It all starts, when Shouta Aizawa finds a young boy dying on the streets. As the police rush to find the boyās attacker, Shouta suddenly finds himself in a position to care for a child who is scared, traumatized and in desperate need of a parental figure. Itās only temporary he tells himself. At least, thatās the plan.
- As each new turn in the investigation continues to add complication after complication, Shouta finds himself increasingly concerned for his young charge ā and unwilling to give up a responsibility he wasnāt sure he wanted in the first place.
- Izuku Midoriya was 5 when he lost his mother to a villain attack and was saved by the hero Eraserhead.
- 3 weeks later Aizawa decided to adopt him
- I bet that even if you tracked him down now, he still wouldnāt want you because youāre just that worthless.ā
- The last strand of patience Izuku had left snapped inside of him so violently that Izuku was surprised that the sound wasnāt audible. Before he could even think about what he was doing, before he could even think of yelling- screaming, even -he summoned the power of One for All and let his fist rocket directly into Katsukiās smug face. Something cracked with alarming volume as Katsuki was flung backwards and slammed against the wall, and Izuku felt a sick sense of elation at the sound of the violent streams of curse words Katsuki began spewing. Thatā¦
- ā¦Felt so goddamn good.
- Every person has a breaking point, and depending on what kind of person they are, their breaking point could be as muted as a lighterās flame or as dangerous as a house fire. The nicest people are slow to anger, but once theyāre kicked and punched to that point, every wise man knows to run. Izuku Midoriya is the nicest person that you could ever possibly meet.
- He has reached his breaking point, and itās not a house fire.
- Itās an inferno.
- When Midoriya didnāt show up for class on Monday nobody really gave it a second thought. While it was odd for Midoriya to miss class, they were sure he had a legitimate excuse. Midoriya didnāt just not come to class so there must be a reason for his absence. Overall, nobody was worried, they were high schoolers and everybody missed class every once in awhile.
- When nobody had heard from him by Monday evening things became more problematic. But it wasnāt until Tuesday morning that they knew something was wrong, very wrong.
- Or the one where Izuku gets kidnapped and tortured and has to deal with the aftermath
- Midoriya Izuku is Quirkless.
- That doesnāt stop him from becoming a hero - thereās more to being a hero than just having a quirk. Izuku is going to take the world by storm, and heāll start from the bottom.
- [Or, in which Midoriya Izuku decides to start at the basics - at General Education. Featuring cats, Shinsou Hitoshi being sleep deprived, Aizawa suffering, and Endeavor being roasted. Which, to be fair, is something that must happen on a daily basis - really, you couldnāt have at least cracked open the āHow to Burn your Childā pamphlet once?]
- When Izuku is Young, there is a class project meant to help children with their kanji. They write letters to a pen friend.
- Little Does he know, A Hero is receiving his letters, worrying day and night about a lonely child whose quirklessness makes him a target for bullies.
- Series of sometimes-related drabbles and ideas.
- Midoriya Izuku has a very high pain threshold. Itās useful, until itās not.
- It isnāt until Izuku reaches his breaking point that he realises he doesnāt have to carry this pain by himself.
- Izuku Midoriya was a jumpy and scarred young man. Everyone seemed to have wrote off the scars as the side effects of his quirk, for he was essentially breaking himself each time he used it. After years of having such a dangerous quirk, it only made sense that his olive skin would be graced with jagged pink scars. It wasnāt possible that the new bruises he came to school with were from anything else. He was a boy who had everything: a roof over his head, food, a good education⦠How could someone as blessed as Izuku ever have something going on behind the scenes? It didnāt make sense. For years, Izukuās suffering went unnoticed.
- Midoriya Hisashi truly was the master of deception, he had shocked himself with just how amazing he was at lying. It seriously did amuse the older man to watch young Izuku slowly break without anyone batting an eye. After beating his own son mercilessly, the older man still kept a charming smile on his face as he joyfully made his way through life. He seemed to have loved everyone and everything, but his own child. Oh what Izuku would give just to experience the love of a father.
- Itās a simple lunchtime discussion until it isnāt. It stops being simple the second Midoriya yells, "What kind of hero tells someone to kill themself?ā
- Aizawa really isnāt cut out for this.
