excuse me but I am aggressively interested in your Tales of the Dreamer project. Is there anything more u can say about it at this time? Is it a comic or a story? (Also as a former med student who also occasionally draws or writes I would like to express medschool artist solidarity because it makes a lot of us take up either smoking or drawing. Thank you! I am so glad someone likes my crazy ideas! Tales of the Dreamer should be the illustrated story of Arual, the Dreamer, as she travels the multiverse, trying to remember who she was before the Great Old Ones snatched her from her reality. I imagined it as a tribute to all the pieces of media, books and music that inspired me to make art.

It is mainly inspired by Lovecraft's Dream Cycle,expecially the Dream quest of Unknown Kadath, but with some twists.

I must say that the whole thing was born from what was left of my brain after my Anatomy exam, so I feel like the weirdness is justified.

Luthien Tinuviel, one of my favorite badass ladies in the Silmarillion.... this is only the basic greyscale-ish stage, and I still have to put in the background, colors, light and a billion billions details , but I still like how this is turning out.

Update on the Twin Peaks obsession : the Diane sketch morphed into a future full piece. Also I started another painting because I have the attention span of a goldfish and typewriters are HARD to draw.

Gordon Cole with the evanescent Phillip Jeffries from a happier (? ) time before the Twin Peaks debacle. I don't like the boring beige color of Jeffries coat but I can't decide on a fun, stylish one that won't look out of place. Any ideas are welcome.

So I've been binge watching twin peaks and I can't believe I waited so long. It has everything. Beautiful imagery, creepy and unsettling vibes, owls that are not what they seem, my crush Audrey Horne (a goddess who deserves better), A LOT of fan theories and lore, the whole Blue Rose thing ... I am in love.

the older i get the more frustrating i find it how little people recognize or acknowledge it when massive problems start to get solved... i get the concept of focusing on unsolved problems and injustices to keep up the pressure of public opinion, but we should also acknowledge it when great things are accomplished. we just started rolling out the first-ever malaria vaccine which will likely save millions of children's lives. about half a million people die of malaria every year and over half of those deaths are children 5 years old and under. ive seen literally no one i know talking about this huge triumph for humanity

So this Monday I went to see Ghost live in Milan. To say that I absolutely loved it would be and understatement, so to celebrate my first ritual here are, in order of appearance:
