Any advice on how to not be sleepy 24/7?

Y’all are probably gonna say sleep but I do sleep for like eight hours and I’m still exhausted 24/7...

I think I might have to say goodbye to tumblr. I LOVE AND WANT TO support everyone I love by posting, etc but I just feel like I am still a little to young for Social Media and I don’t want to get caught up in Social Media (not saying this happens to everyone) and become a brat.
