03/01/2024 So glad to be back at it! I have to weeks to hit the gym with all I’ve got before my vacation! I started getting stench marks by my chest and arms which I think is results of gained muscle but not sure cuz i dont see much pomp 🤷🏽‍♂️😂 hopefully! 💪🏽

02/23/24 I Skipped a few days but im back at it! Looks like I have to take an emergency flight but hope to at least get some workouts done on the way.

03/26/24 Today i was not able to complete my work out because of a 15 day detox im doing 🙄💩. Which means…next workout i have to finish what i didn’t get to do on this one!

12/03/2024 Went to bed at 8, I was exhausted and woke up great and ready to hit the gym!!! 💪🏽 workout went great and trying to eat healthier and with more protein like peanut butter..ew (not a fan).

Also need to start my lymphatic massages, Im starting to think they kinda work.

Rincón is a popular tourist spot in Puerto Rico.

this is Rincón, PR—there’s been protests against construction next to the coast

It’s a project that takes away a beach from Rincón. It’s a proposed bike bath that’ll take up a large portion of the coast (at least a mile)!

I like cycling and mountain biking, but here’s a question, does a bike path need to take away a mile of Beach Reserve?
