Self Concept Is Not Your Enemy. 

the girlies on twitter haaate talking about self concept and i'll never understand it. “don't worry about self concept, i was crying shitting and throwing up and i still got what i wanted so it's fine!” congrats but why would i want to go through that though? why would i choose to struggle when i could actually like myself and get what i want? if you are struggling, surviving trauma, or experiencing genuine self loathing, self concept is so helpful and i just think it's really wild to deny that. 

self concept is just the foundation you’re building your reality on. it is who you assume you are, the self you identify with the most. and it’s that self who is creating your world all day all the time. neville called this your “state.” he said “the state you occupy by your beliefs is the sole cause of the phenomena of your life.” when you change the state you’re thinking from, you change what you naturally expect, how you feel, how you react, what you notice, and what you allow. you don’t need to force or fix the outside world, you just need to stop identifying as the version of you who doesn’t get what they want.

neville said: “man moves in a world that is nothing more or less than his consciousness objectified.” so ask yourself: what have i been conscious of being? what identity have i been living from? what version of me keeps showing up and getting recycled? self concept affects everything because it’s behind the scenes of every assumption you make.

it influences:

what feels natural or “realistic” to you

how you interpret situations (neutral, threatening, or confirming)

whether you revise or spiral

how you handle silence, attention, money, compliments, praise

how deeply you believe your own affirmations

how much resistance you feel toward your own desires

that’s why when people say “stop focusing on self concept,” it’s like telling someone to build a house on quicksand and just not think about it. girl… the house is gonna sink. you don’t need to become perfect to shift your self concept, you don’t have to love yourself every second or never doubt again (you are still a human being after all) you just have to start identifying as the version of you who has, not the one who lacks.

start normalizing your desire, start assuming you’re meant to have it, start seeing yourself as already being that version, even if you think the 3D is showing you something else. neville said: “to be transformed, the whole basis of your thoughts must change. but your thoughts cannot change unless you have new ideas, for you think from your ideas.”

new identity = new ideas of self = new assumptions = new reality.

that’s how it works. the law doesn’t respond to begging. it responds to being. when you shift your self concept, your old assumptions literally stop making sense. you stop spiraling, you stop reacting the same way, you stop repeating the same stories because you’re no longer the version of you who needs those stories to be true. and the 3D has no choice but to reflect that back.

you don’t need to “work on” self concept forever. you don’t need a million techniques. you just need to notice what identity you’re living from and choose differently when it’s not serving you. and keep choosing that over and over and over (AKA… persisting!) 

twitter mutuals may hate the words “self concept” because they think it’s overcomplicating the law. but the law has always been about being. all you're doing is being the version of you that has the desire. your self concept is not the enemy, it’s the key.

How to use psych-k for lucid dreaming I mean what should be the affirmations? Also I saw a YouTuber who was saying you have to do psych-k for 2 minutes each side ..so can I increase my time to like 5 minutes?

Lucid affrimation you can use:-

I can access lucidity in my dream whenever i dreaming

I always get lucid dreams every single night

Lucid dreaming is so natural for me

For 2nd question yes you can increase the time. Each position 5mins is best bcz you will not become or run out of time.

Here is my success story I was happy for 5 mins(less than that) and I started to scare after because of my appearance change and atmospheric change. No one noticed the change (bcz I assume it) Yes, the results will be there after you excited the void. Another indian amazing! I'm from chennai (Tamil Nadu), and what about you ml.

Yesterday I did psych-k "I go into void in less than 5 minutes and wake up in void as soon as I fall asleep" then I laid down in a comfortable position and took 2 deep breaths and exhaled. I did this until I felt relaxed, then I wanted to count to 100. I said that when I reached 100, I would enter the void, and when I reached 100, it was as if I was heading towards blackness. At one point I didn't even feel anything and I got excited and left🤦🏻‍♀️I think I fell asleep while it was going on and it was like I woke up in the dark I guess I thought it was a dream and I went to sleep. That was my experience.This time I will go in and manifest my list. The two affirmations I said while doing Psych-K don't overlap, right? I was just wondering. So it's okay if I say it, right? Anyway, I love you❤️

To be aware in void state you can give a colour to void like green, pink or any bright colour. Or you can affrim "I'm always aware of void state" while doing physch-k.

so uhm can you help me I will do the void state tomorrow but answer these questions for me : will my intrusive traumatic thoughts manifest even if I don’t want them to? Or accidentally think about them during doing the void state it wont manifest would it ?? Second of all when I do the void state and enter if I say “I have everything I want “ would it be enough? And uh I wanna change my face shape too but I’m kinda scared that I’ll make myself more ugly because I can’t think of my desired face that much but my subconscious would know right ?? Pleaseee answer and most importantly I don’t wanna shift any realities after the void so I’ll wake up in this reality that I’ve gone to bed to right???? Imma go sleep now but byeee this was long but yea sorry

For the next question. You gonna get beautiful face because your Subconscious mind knows everything you want. You are shifting reality ever single minute. So, you can't stop shifting.A shift will happen but in your desired way. And intrusive thought never manifest my dear.

Your so worried about why you didn't entered void yet. You're so stressed about it. You need get rid of that stress and rush. You can take a day off and do your fav things on that day might reduce stress about void+you can act(live) as a person who already entered void state manyyyy times and it for them. You can do my method if you like, it helps enter void state much easier.

What is Psych-k?

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Psych-k is a process which changes subconscious beliefs that limits a person’s potential. It involves reshaping your beliefs into thoughts that can positively impact your life. 

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ This relates to manifestation because psych-k can help you identify limiting beliefs and reprogram these into thoughts that will benefit you.

Affirmations I used

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Some of the affirmations that I’ve used include:

I let go of every limiting belief I have that no longer serves me 

I let go of every doubt I have that no longer serves me 

I do not identify with struggle anymore 

I’m allowed to believe new things about myself now 

Circumstances don’t matter to me, I’ll still manifest anything I want 

I manifest instantly 

͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ I do want to mention that a few of these affirmations came from @princessaffirms's why are you DEFENDING your LIMITING beliefs post. It's really insightful and I do recommend reading this if you want more information about limiting beliefs.

My personal experience

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ First and foremost, before we go into the psych-k sessions and what to expect, I really recommend you do a test to see where you fall. 

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ There is many different tests you could do, but me personally I have done the o-ring test. Basically, you form a “O” with your thumb and the other finger, you should use your non-dominant hand with this. Then you would form a ring with your dominant hand and gently pull on the “O-ring.” Then say a limiting belief that you have out loud and do the test.

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Here’s a video that details this -> ☕️

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ If it’s a strong response, the ring would not break apart. However, a weak response means the ring would break apart. If you produced a weak response, do this test again and ask your subconscious mind if you can integrate a new belief into them. If you have a weak response, I recommend you write it out using a journal or any writing program like Google Docs or Notes app. Basically with how I did it, I would write down a limiting belief but then I would provide a counterargument for that limiting belief.

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Here's an example: "Manifesting takes forever for me." -> "Manifesting is instant for me."

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Then I would write down all of my limiting beliefs and provide counterarguments for each one. Afterwards, I would do the test again and ask your subconscious mind if you can integrate a new belief. If you get a weak response, keep going and write out limiting beliefs that you have. If you have a strong response, you can test proceed to the session.

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ Now here's how I approach my psych-k sessions. First, I would create affirmations that I can use, these affirmations will basically be what you use during your sessions. Then I would record these affirmations using the Parrot app. Although I primarily use the Parrot app, you can also say these affirmations out loud. Then afterwards, I would find somewhere that is calm and you know there wouldn't be any distractions. Next, establish a position you would use, I personally did this position (here) but I crossed my legs instead of my ankles. I would want to add that you should do all 4 combinations to reach all the different parts of the brain. Then set a time limit, I personally reach for 5 minutes per combination but you can do more than that if you choose. Then after setting a time limit, I would start the session, whether that's looping your affirmations on Parrot or say them out loud.

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ After the session, I would do the O-ring test and move on with your day. Now even with one session, you can produce a strong response, but you can do more sessions to solidify your beliefs if you choose to.

  ͏˚˖𓍢ִ໋☕️ In my experience, after doing this, I noticed that manifestation wasn't a struggle for me anymore. I allowed myself to integrate this new belief into my subconscious mind and ever since I have gotten amazing results. So, please if you want to reprogram your beliefs, try this out and you will never look back!
