I finished up painting my birdhouse yesterday for the upcoming BirdUP! Art Show this Saturday. I had been working on it for a while now... I wasn’t sure what I was going for, but I stopped when I thought it was enough. I guess that’s how abstract work goes? Either way, I hope you enjoy. 😊 Be sure to come on out and see our work! I spent waaaaay too much time on the background on this one. Who knew that drawing bookcases in perspective was going to be so much work? 😣 Hopefully it'll pay off when I ink it.

Here's a preview of the comic idea that I mentioned the other day! What you're seeing is the working title, a couple of the characters, and the tagline for the story. A tagline is really just a super short summary. 🔹 As I mentioned before, I've been working on writing out the summary and main plot points of the story for the past few months now. I'm aiming to be done with that by the end of next week so I can use it for my next project in my Storyboarding class, which involves creating a storyboard (and more) from an original story.
