Heyyy girls so recently I’ve been listening to @adambja free aff tapes and while I don’t have any major results I still feel like I should share this

I’ve mostly been listening to the “I am in control” tape and I feel better than ever. I don’t know how to explain it but I just feel more in control. I never have any negative thoughts, I’m able to persist instead of constantly returning to the old story, and I’ve started believing in myself.
