Hey look, it’s Sheol!
This here’s a character I’ve been working on. I’m still working on his wiki page, but basically, he’s a hunter crippled by blindness and age. To get food, he needs to rely on others — one of which being the Knight.
He’s a quest character and optional boss (which I’m working on) in Deepnest, who gives you a few little missions to go on. Kill a boss using only spells, kill 5 enemies in one slash, bring him a live NPC to eat... the stuff you’d expect.
Sheol’s based off the Goliath Birdeater, in that he’s pretty chill but also absolutely huge. @cardinailed0 did an amazing job with depicting him! Seriously, go check ‘em out, they’re both an amazing artist and person.
I’m gonna keep working on his wiki, and I’ll post it here when it’s done. If you wanna know something about him for whatever reason, my asks are always open!
A’ight, take care.
if u didn’t know, Humble Bundle is doing a bunch of amazing deals right now where you can get cheap software, videogames, books, comics etc! most of the bundles are around $15 for the whole thing, but all of them also offer $1 tiers if you’re strapped for cash like me!
Monogatari ebook bundle – a bunch of fantastic Japanese light novels with themes of the supernatural and mystery, from the Monogatari series, including the graphic novel adaptation (Imperfect Girl) and the first volume of the manga adaptation! there’s also two audiobooks for if you’re like me and have zero visual attention span. only available until December 4th!!
Unreal Engine dev bundle – do you wanna know how to make videogames in the Unreal Engine? fuck yeah you do! not only does this give you a bunch of courses on how to develop videogames, AND a bunch of resources to use in that, but it ALSO gives you actual real life good videogames! a bunch of these courses would normally put you back $200 each; in fact the whole bundle is worth literally over $1,000 of resources/courses on how to develop – but you can pick it up for $20!! only available until December 3rd!!
Voices of Heresy – hours upon hours upon hours of Warhammer audiobooks/audio dramas. if this is like, your kinda thing you should totally pick it up because this is literally over 140 hours of content and you can pick it up right now for $18 (or less). it’s only available until November 27th
Cookbook collection!! – with the holidays coming up y’all KNOW you need to pick up these books on baking, cooking, cocktail mixing, and more!! literally 29 books, $500 worth of content, for only $15!!!! available until December 2nd
Design like a Designer – an ebook collection of a bunch of how-to books and advice books and such on how to be better at designing/being creative/etc – there’s some more general how-to guides but also just some really interesting reads about like typography, freelance illustration, color, etc etc! this is a must have for any artist who wants to make it potentially their job!!! it’s $15 for over $700 worth of books; available until November 25th
Humble Bundle also does a monthly videogames bundle subscription, a little like a lootbox but they’re pretty much all Steam compatible and you get way more than your money’s worth – it’s $12 a month which will get you around eight whole fully-fledged games. i know what you must be thinking – dumb shovelware that nobody’s ever heard of right? wrong! past months have included games like Call of Duty, Monster Prom, Assassins Creed Origins, Yakuza 0, Purrfect Date, Overwatch, A Hat in Time, Dark Souls III, CIV VI, Life is Strange, Superhot, Undertale, Black Mesa, The Witness, Stardew Valley, Slime Rancher, and literally hundreds more!!! instead of blowing all my money on steam sales i just have a subscription to this and get way more games, for less money, EVERY MONTH, plus they’re super consumer & charity friendly!
by supporting Humble Bundle, you’ll also be supporting both myself (your local disabled lesbian who could do with the extra cash) and a bunch of really cool charities! Humble Bundle is also unique in that they let you choose EXACTLY where ALL your money goes: if you want it all to go to charity, you can do that. if you wanna split it up between me and the developers, sure, that’s fine too! they give you these funky little sliders so you can divvy it up exactly how you see fit
thanks for reading! if you could drop some money my way i’d really appreciate it; i haven’t been doing so well for money recently and this makes up most of my income <3
