OH NO I HOPE REPUTATION (Taylor's Version) DOESN"T COME OUT SOON SO SCARYY
NVM that was so cute I love Hunter so much this episode.
anyone else super nervous for tonights episode. I have this gut feeling something big Is going to happen
Me chilling being a Crosshair AND Hunter Simp. those two are some handsome men. Like please, Captain save a ho3, come and save me!
i think its very ironic how most (not all) but most of hunter girlies have this enemy complex with crosshair girlies.
like when season 1 was airing, and we were torn up because cross didnt get much screen time, the hunter girlies were like “yess!! hahah suffer!!! hope he dies teehee. he deserves no screentime!!!”
and now hunter hasnt been seen for the last 2 episodes, and suddenly theyre like “please pray for us :( god bless. we have not seen our man in so long :( so sad rn.”
I’m in paaaaiiiiinnn
He's in his Reputation (Hunter's version) era.
"I don't like your perfect crimes. How you laugh when you lie, you said the gun is mine, isn't cool, NO I DON'T LIKE YOU"
hunter is gonna be in his re/vengeful dad era next season... oh i cannot fucking wait.
Hunter hanging from that grappling hook gave me a visceral reaction
Not shocking at all, you're handsome (HOT)
Wrecker: This is my brother! Don't worry, he doesn't bite! :D
The brother in question:
Spoilers for The Bad Batch Season 2 Episode 12 under the cut
This episode was so heartbreaking in so many ways
Crosshair - a man who was used to kinda just do whatever he wanted with his brothers - got told off for not wearing his helmet. And then was told he was "used equipment"
Crosshair, taking a small break to remember his own name when Mayday asks him, because by now he's so used to only being a number and nothing more
Crosshair crawling through snow and digging out Mayday (who lets be honest, was probably the first person to treat him like a living being in forever) and carrying him with him to what should be safety. Even after Mayday told him to leave him, because he was nothing but "dead weight"
Them cuddling together in the shelter of a rock, waiting for the storm to calm down so they can move. Crosshair using his rifle to hold them both in place and then letting Mayday use it as cane to help him walking
And when they finally reached the base, when they finally was at what should've been safety
They were told off for failing the mission on retrieving that shitty equipment
The stormtroopers there looked like they wanted to disobey orders, because they could obviously tell these men needed help, but couldn't risk it
And Crosshair
Crosshair who is usually so headstrong, who pushed away a man who tried to help him after getting burnt by the ion engine - that very same Crosshair
Was on his knees, tired and definitely suffering from frostbite, gasping for air and begging for his brother to be saved.
He was BEGGING
Something that is so out of character for this man, but at this point he is so broken, so tired, so desperate he was willing to throw everything that defined him away just for this one person who treated him with dignity
Just be told that that man wasn't a person at all, but a tool to be used, just as Crosshair is and when it breaks, why repair it when you can get something new instead
The amount of physical, emotional and mental abuse Crosshair has had to face. Holy fuck it broke my heart. I don't like the man, but he deserves better
He deserves a hug and a warm meal and to be told that he matters
Denial is a river in Egypt-
Wrecker this episode was such a delight
They pulled out the stops with this image, and it's not good.
We are shown Omega sitting in wide-eyed innocence in her little room on the ship. She is unarmed, with a doll on her lap and a ball nearby, propped up on the cushioning Wrecker installed for her comfort. This is her safe and happy life on the Marauder, and it is very likely the opposite of what the writers have planned for her.
If you think those dark circles under Hunter's eyes are bad now, just imagine how he will look once the Empire has Omega.
I have a guess for the last two episodes of the season. I think taking Omega will be the last straw in The Bad Batch's relative passivity toward engaging the Empire, and EVERYONE will be part of the mission to get her back. Getting to "The Summit" of Mount Tantiss to rescue her (and possibly Nala Se) might just be the "Plan 99" we are all wondering about.
She/Her. 18 years on this planet. I'm in mourning please support us clone girlies
