Somebody dragged your half-dead body into the clinic, Harvey stabilized you and likely saved your life, and all he asks for in return is for you to buy him his lunch for the night. If anything he's undercharging himself.

I think people that characterize Harvey as ONLY being like a shy blushing stuttering nervous fellow but gloss over the fact that he can also be incredibly forward sometimes are missing out on a big part of his character. I don't know...I'm just very partial to the "stop by my place if you ever need a free confidential check-up" (paraphrased? Maybe. Y'all get what I'm referring to though.) dialogue.
