Jurdan have such regal vibes with gold jewelry and lavish clothes, which in turn makes me forget that the protagonists are an angsty 18 year old immortal fae who can’t process his emotions and a revengeful 17 year old human girl who’s mind is always consumed with hating said fae
"Was that sarcasm, Fai Zhang?"
"Yes, Grandmother."
"Good, there may be hope for you yet"
absolutely underrated moment right there
Cardan when Jude commands him:
Cardan when anyone else tries:
So I was just thinking. If Sally, like, told Percy to join Kronos, I'm pretty sure he would have. I mean, idk about Percy but I would have if she told even if I knew the ending. Like, if Sally believed in it, then I'll fight for it. Would you too or are you weird?
Percy Jackson but Hestia has a cabin. that is where the unclaimed go because she goddess of home and family. Demigods get claimed faster because when they show up Hestia glares at her siblings, nieces and nephews untill they claim them.
Cardan after the wicked king ending: am i in trouble?
Jude: Take a guess
Cardan: no?
Jude: Take another guess
just a fun fact annabeth saying "im not leaving the underworld without your mother" with tears in her eyes and water soaking her face and clothes and percy's pen in her hands made me want to die!!
And here come the waterworks
I don’t know if others have noticed this yet but having Grover’s perspective in the show is adding a layer of pain I didn’t experience in the books. Yes, I missed Grover as his character vanished into the background HOWEVER getting a front row seat of how misunderstood he feels by Percy and Annabeth hurts! The way his face fell when Annabeth told him not to talk to Hermes felt like a gut punch because you know he immediately thought that Hermes probably would be mad at him for not protecting his son better and that could potentially ruin the quest. Also, the fact that Percy went with Annabeth (don’t get me wrong, I love every single second of Percabeth that I’m getting) instead of with him, Grover, the first true friend Percy ever made? On top of all of that, they definitely don’t understand his desire to go on a quest to find Pan because right now they don’t even KNOW about how badly he wants to do that. Like, I knew all this existed in the books and we never got to see it, but actually seeing it unfold… sucks.
I guess there always is a duo in a trio…
The edits will be WILD
headcanon that percy utters the words “marry me” to annabeth at least ten times a day because every time he thinks he can’t fall more in love with her, she’ll say or do something that makes him rethink everything he’s ever known about love
it happens so often then by the time percy 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 proposes, annabeth is so used to hearing those words that she just laughs it off, only to turn around and see percy down on one knee holding a ring
