For the agere asks, 28 and 32!
heyoo, thanks for the asks :>. 28, I have a small paci collection, a cookie monster bottle and sippy set, bunches of stuffies, and a few cute coloring books along with crayons and watercolors. 32, my favorite bedtime story is most definitely one my mom used to tell me, about a little girl in an apple orchard who went on adventures with her animal friends :>
ยพ cup milk ๐ฅ
ยผ cup lemon juice ๐
2 cups all-purpose flour ๐ผ
ยพ cup sugar ๐
1 tablespoon baking powder ๐
ยฝ teaspoon ground cinnamon ๐
ยฝ teaspoon salt ๐
1 egg, lightly beaten egg ๐ณ
ยผ cup vegetable oil ๐ฅ
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries ๐
In a small bowl, mix milk and lemon juice; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Add egg and oil to milk mixture; mix well. Gently stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400 degrees F at 22-24 minutes or until center of muffin springs back when lightly touched.
I read a lot of master posts but rarely do they work for me, So if you are sick/having a bad week/relapsing
Wash your face/hands: this will make you feel so much better trust me
Shave your armpits (if thatโs a thing you do) for me it makes me feel fresher and cleaner
If youโre in pain TAKE A TYLENOL. Donโt just be in pain. You are allowed to be comfortable
Clean something: this makes me feel like I am in control of something in my life
Watch a comedy tv show (my go-toโs are Impractical Jokers, The Office, Parks and Rec)
Eat something sweet: Iโm tired of posts that say โeat some veggies/ something whole and healthyโ thatโs great donโt get me wrong but chocolate works on the same part in your brain as opiates and they also release dopamine which is the happy chemical so itโs a really good thing for cravings or [believe it or not] sadness. -just donโt go crazy and let that be the only thing you eat all day
Message someone-a friend, your parents, or even a stranger. Just have a conversation with a human.
Sleep. Get a full night rest. Itโs the best thing you need right now
