Akusaimonth: Berserk Mode Day 5: Flames

It feels like those flames are devouring me.

@kittendough recently noticed, that Chat Noir is basically Ouran High School Host Club’s Tamaki all over again, so guess what I drew her for christmas.

Done with water colours and coloured pencils. (Also, This is probably the most anime thing I’ve ever drawn. It was fun though!)

It's Koujaku's birthday (August 19)!!! To celebrate I decided to finish this drawing / colour experiment from May! The colours are heavily inspired by one of my favourite Magic the Gathering illustration: "Dueling Rapier" by Anna Podedworna. Although I ended up using them a little different, ehehe...

Akusaimonth: Berserk Mode Day 9: Flustered I guess, not everything is lost just yet. I actually spent all my free time of the last two days on this @_@“ (so much for my resolution to do small and simple drawings.) Urgh, I’m sorry for my handwriting. Page 1: Saix: Axel. Axel: … Axel: What? Spit it out already. Saix: Will you … eat some sea salt ice cream with me? Axel: … (processing, please wait.) Saix: Nevermind. Just forget it. Page 2: Axel: Oi, wait! You can’t just walk away like that! That’s not fair! Saix: … Saix: Then tell me. Will you? Axel: … Axel: Not as long you’re acting like that, that much’s for sure. So, no more running, okay? Saix: You mean … Axel: Of course I will! After all we’re still friends, right? Page 3: Saix: … right. Axel: Wait, was that a SMILE just now?! Saix: Oh, shut up. I guess Saix was trying to ask this question for days, if not weeks and that’s what happened, when he finally managed. Axel, who had actually almost given up on his friend was obviously rather surprised by it. (who wouldn’t?) He probably expected him to order him around or to say something mean about his (new) friends and well, when that question came he just decided to give Saix another chance. Because maybe, just maybe, their friendship was not completely lost after all.

AKUSAIMONTH: BERSERK Day 6: SET C - “Shapes (Silhouettes)”

“We've tried for years! If there was a way, we would have found it by now!” “We've got to try it anyway!” “Why can’t you just let it go? We won’t get in, accept it already!” “No, you don't understand! Things have changed! I saw those shadows!! I know, you don't believe me, but-” “I do believe you. That's exactly what gets me worried! If those creatures really did come from the castle, then who knows what's still luring inside there!” “Right, nobody knows. Because noone's been there, noone's seen it!” “That's not what I-” “But it's just what I mean!” “Lea.” “No, I'm going. With or without you.”

I don't know whether or not he went to the castle that day. He never told me. If he did, he failed, just as we had countless times before. The next time though I did follow him, and he didn't even need to ask. For the next time was when his warnings and my nightmares finally came true. When the world as we knew it, seemed to end.

Then I’ll show you my favourite.“ “You have a favourite ice cream?“ “Just what do you take me for? An alien?“ “Naaaa~ahaha. So, which one?“ “…Sea Salt.“ “Eww, sounds gross. Maybe you are an alien after all.“ “Oh, shut up.“ “…“ “Why are you grinning all of a sudden?“ “Nothing~ Come on, Isa, let’s get moving!“

It felt great. Having a friend.
