Having Now Seen The Post In Question, We All Must Make Sacrifices. But This One Was Worth It.

I have never read anything more accurate in my entire existence on this planet. This is so true that all other facts seem in comparison like vague ideas. This has shaken my belief in all things I once knew to be true.

I often think about how loneliness is a more powerful emotion in theatre because you’re in a room full of people who all powerless to do anything but watch and I saw Eva Noblaza as Eurydice in Hadestown the other day and I cannot get her guttural “is anybody listening” out of my mind, she was screaming for someone to listen and you’re sat there mere metres away unable to let her know that you are, that her story is being told and she matters, so many people are listening but she doesn’t know that

As a vegetarian, “natural unmeat” is the best thing to call meat substitutes.

Like, I know why it happens – the meat packing plant is just slapping the exact same label on everything, regardless of whether it's processed or not – but when I see a package of raw, unsmoked, unprocessed meat proudly announcing that it contains "All Natural Ingredients", every time I'm tempted to ask where they keep the unnatural meat. I feel like they're holding out on us here.

I think if you've created an elixir that turns people into goat men you have sort have gone past the need for a control group. The control group is not going to placebo themselves into goat men. You can probably not run the control group, and safely assume that none of them would have turned into goat men. That said, having a control group for that would make the mad scientist seem extra crazy and be really really funny, especially if he was carefully testing them for goat like features from the dyed water they drank instead of the elixir
