โก skin & hair care:
it removes impurities & build up, and dandruff. with my naturally sensitive scalp and wavy/curly hair, i am constantly bleaching my roots and changing the color of my hair so this is a must.
โก my skin care rules:
always, alwayssssss always sunscreen on my face, neck, and hands no matter the season and weather! so many forget the neck and hands too.
alwaysย enjoy this moment of pampering. say affirmations, play calming music, wear my silk robe bc iโm literally filming for vogue beauty secrets, complement myself in the mirror on how iโm the most beautiful person ever, iโm smart, kind, gentle, and resilient. iโm proud of myself and i will keep making history.
donโt rub your face roughly (or at all)
never touch your face. only after youโve washed your hands! after i wash my face i refuse to touch anything besides my face towel (thatโs kept out of the bathroom) donโt touch your phone, doorknobs, drawersโฆ nothing.ย
if youโre applying moisturizer, massaging your face, or wiping off makeup with a cotton pad, always move upwards, never downwards.
be gentle with your face pls
always apply skincare on my neck and chestย
โก bi-weekly + monthly

this all isnโt really necessary for me because of my beauty manifestations but pampering is always a lovely routine i enjoy โก and i figured why not make a routine for those who want to know!
being a lover girl around men who only want me for sex is like being a lamb surrounded by wolves and im being eaten alive again and again and again because i think they're different and they're not

this post was inspired by this user! so shout out to them. most of it was missing so i decided why not make one myself while adding things of my touch. i hope this helps!
Iโll be the first to admit i have not always been a tidy person. In the past i said things like โitโs an organized mess, i know where everything is!โ As an excuse for not keeping my space neat.
Now i love having a clean space! It gives me peace knowing i have one less thing to worry about - cleaning my room
- start to view having a clean space as a sign of respect for yourself, and your space. There are many important things you need to do on a day to day basis, and that list can be cut significantly by setting a standard of cleanliness for yourself. Im sure you have many beautiful things in your room, and if youโre like me you care about maintaining them. Respect them accordingly.
- as cliche as it is, your bed is the best place to start. It takes up the majority of your room, so having it made daily allows the smaller tasks of putting things back in drawers, taking water bottles downstairs, feel much smaller in comparison. Doing this first thing in the morning is a great momentum tool as well - your brain will view it as a big task checked off your list and continuing your tasks for the day will appear easier.
- know where everything is. Workout leggings and tops in one drawer, pjs in one drawer, dresses on hangers, etc. Being consistent with where you put your things saves you time and energy. No need to hunt for 30 minutes trying to find your favorite top when you can just put it in a specific drawer and remember where it is whenever you need it. Giving everything a place also helps prevent losing small items like airpods, earrings, and house keys
- organize your closet conveniently. For me, this means hanging my clothes in rainbow order. Ive done it for years and i love how it looks. I donโt have to rake through my closet for the black dress i want, i just go to that section and pick it out. I also organize by shade (which comes in handy when youโre me and have 50 shades of pink to choose from๐)
- create a routine. I vacuum my room, wipe my mirrors, and wipe down my desk every week. I typically do my laundry twice a week. I wash my sheets weekly, and my comforter biweekly. Having a routine that you donโt have to write down makes cleaning feel more natural and less forced.
- clean when you arenโt busy. I donโt do laundry on days when my schedule is packed because i know my clothes will end up sitting in that laundry basket and getting wrinkled. Tasks like washing my sheets or cleaning out my closet require dedicated time, so i do my best to plan accordingly.
- blur the line. You are not someone who is messy and wishes to be tidy, you are a tidy person that is human and slips up. The more consistent you are with cleaning your room, your car, your backpack, the more natural it will feel. When people come over they always compliment my room and i take pride in that! I canโt just appear to have my stuff together in every aspect, and then neglect my room. Hypocrite alert.

I didnt realise that I flirted with my friends until I started talking to guys bc the way i msg guys is the same way i msg my girlfriends

self-doubt simply doesn't exist within me. no matter how impossible something seems or how hard it will be to achieve I'm always like "okay and?" and then I make it happen. maybe it's bc I have a proven track record of getting what I want but like nothing seems impossible to me. why would I doubt myself? I can have whatever I want, it's that simple. if other people have made it happen, that means it can be done so why would it not be able for me to get it too? no self-doubt. no need for it.
