Not sure how you feel about omegaverse stuff but I have a set of personal headcanons for Cora-san.

I headcanon Cora san as an omega, mainly because I like the dynamic it would bring not only for his own family but his relationship with law. Doflamingo is all about power, as is his family, and I think Cora san being an omega would drive the power dynamic between him and his brother to be even more full of tension. He would be forced to hide the fact that he's an omega to not be seen as 'weak'.

His big fluffy coat is actually the closest thing he has to a nest, so he wears it constantly to try and feel more comforted and safe while still keeping it a secret he's an omega.

Law to me would be an alpha, and as a kid he was very smart, and after living with Cora san he would pick up on his omega tendencies that he let slip while he was at home. Plus he feels safe with law so another reason he would have the cracks show.

Law even as a child is protective of Cora san, always bickering at him to be more careful- but as a child he still feels powerless to keep him safe (especially with his illness) but he still pushes himself to care for him.

Cora would 100% love to envelop law in his nesting coat, having a feeling of peace knowing he's there.

Time skip to present day, laws alpha tendencies come out in full swing to protect and care for Cora san, even going as far as putting the fluffy trim on his boiler suit to feel like he still has a piece of his nest with him. (Inspired from your art of this moment). And law making sure medically all his omega needs are being met, as in the past this part of him was always neglected which frustrated law no end.

Also I just like the big omega/smaller alpha dynamic 💚

I do have more headcanons for this but I don't want to feel like I'm spamming you 😅
