Thinking about trod au πππππ
Since we keep getting "live action" CGI remakes of already perfectly adequate animated movies, and because people need to understand that animation is a medium and not a genre, I have prepared this primer about the importance of Visual Language for Conveying Information.
Can you tell what the personalities of these two mice are?
Can you tell now?
Which of these two tigers feels safer to be around?
Which of these three dogs is the funniest one?
If you can answer these questions, then you already have experience with the idea of visual language and stylistic choices being used to impart narrative meaning. If you can understand why these choices were made to impart meaning, then you can understand why animation is a medium for telling stories that has its own inherent value, and is not merely a "placeholder" for the eventual implementation of photorealistic presentation (aka "Live Action" CGI). Animation does not need to be "corrected" or "legitimized" by remaking it into the most representational simulation of observable reality.
Oh my god???
I love it please drop pen this makes me so happy

Ayo in that comic with Jax and Caine biting his ass (or well, actually head), Pomni's collar is gone in every frame. Is that purposeful?
That's an oopsies on my part ywy
this is because Pomni with and without collar isn't much of a visual difference (in terms of line art anyway) TwT
changing her to a v-like turtleneck though so I hope the distinction is easier to memorize when I'm on autopilot!
its tiny character design details that i gotta think of! I already have it in action with the recent piece!
Ohg the lore I love it
How would they react when they're jealous?
Im artblocked but that never stopped me (I have no sense of control)
SO, here
For me, Jax would be ABSOLUTELY a jealous one.
He gets jealous so easily its a bit impressive. Everyone may think that because of his personality and uninterested nature he would be a chill-going partner. HES NOT.
Bro loves Ragatha's attention, loves spending time with her, if someone else gets in between, Jax does. not. like. it. But he's screwed, because Ragatha is caring and helpful towards everyone, and he gets that, it's just that sometimes it kinda snaps.
AND HES ALSO CHILDISH ABOUT IT, when hes upset about something that made him jealous, he doesnt say anything! he waits until Raggs finds out herself, and when she doesn't, he gets even more angry
On the bright side, usually this state doesn't last long on Jax, normally, Ragatha just gives him a small kiss to distract him and he's done, he would pretend that he's still mad but Ragatha knows its all forgotten.
On the other hand we have Ragatha
Ragatha was a difficult one.
For me, Ragatha is not a jealous person/partner, it's actually really hard to hit a nerve on her!
But when it happens, it can be pretty harmful to herself.
Ragatha is the silent-jealous type, she doesn't say anything and doesnt express her discomfort. She does a really good job because nobody notices it, she can be drowning on thoughts and act normally. She might be mad, sad, upset, disappointed or even all of them!
But she never tells anyone.
Whenever this happens, she tries to forget it right away, telling herself to not be so immature and bottling her emotions deep inside!
Usually it works, but I don't really know what would happen if sometime it doesn't
This is very funny
Flirty non-sentient Pomni x Freakshow Caine ship takes too long to pronounce so I present to you the "showdown"
