i think writers don’t understand that siblings being enemies/on opposing sides would be so much more impactful if they allowed them to still laugh at the inside jokes they share

anyway…. writers on tumblr writing reading booklr text bookblr reading and writing sibling rivalry or whatever is tragic yeah but you know what would make it even worse if instead of all consuming hatred and sorrow they still get to love and laugh together right before the end like they make fun of their dad together one last time or say something their grandparent used to say that has them bending over laughing and then boom one of them is dead reading and books
