I mentioned before that i believe that i will live another life after this one. And because of that assumption i 100% will.
So yes itβs possible to not die too. If you assume that youβre immortal, youβll be immortal 100%.
BUT My problem with this ask is the βwhen you canβt take this life anymoreβ
You should never manifest to run away from something. For example:
You hate your maths teacher-> you manifest him dead
But you couldβve manifest straight Aβs in math and a nice teacher instead.
Or you hate that youβre from england-> you change your nationality
When you couldβve manifested england being a great country everyone admires
And here itβs like this:
You hate your life/ situation-> you manifest dying
When you couldβve manifested a luxurious magical life!
Never manifest to run away from something or get rid of something. Manifest to upgrade that something so that youβll be happy and benefit from it and also the thing (your math teacher in the example/ people in england) will benefit from it. So itβs always a win-win
I found myself being at my best self concept area when I admitted that I can't manifest.
NOW LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT THAT MEANS.
People have a misconception of manifestation, that it's abt things showing up in ur reality that u want, when it not.
Many fail to manifest bc they look for proof in their 3d, but why do they do that?
Because they are looking for an answer.
Your 3d is kept alive by you bc u believe that it's your job for it to show up physically, when it's not.
You, as the outer man, need to admit that u can't do anything, u can only imagine and feel in ur imagination. You're carrying the responsibility of the 3d changing on your shoulders that leads u to spiral, bc you're not meant to do that.
If u want to start feeling safe in ur imagination to imagine, start admitting that this is ur reality, there is no one else but you. Just do this throughout your day as gentle reminders, and this will help ir desires get off the pedestal. That's what helped me.
I was always frustrated when I would imagine, I'd go in hungry and I'd leave the inner world even starving, I just didn't understand what ppl meant imagining is fun.
But when I admitted to myself that I, the outer man can do nothing, I felt a huge relief. I the outer man can't make things physically, i can't put things in place and fly anywhere I want, i'm limited.
However your inner man can do above and beyond. When u stop imaginingfor the 3d to change and u realize you can't do anything but reflect and feel, you will have a safe sense of freedom overcome you.
Yes it might take a bit to master but once u grasp what I'm saying, your mind will automatically help you and stop looking at the outer for proof.
But u might be asking me rn " Well what abt ppl that say they'll manifest physical results in 5sec and they do?"
That's bc they are also doing the same thing, they're assuming in their inner world, not eh outer. U want results in 5sec? Stop thinking abt getting results in 5sec then.
They assume fast results with their INNER MAN, they don't look at the outer man.
Realize this, u are doing yourself a disservice the moment u imagine for physical results and be the outer man, have fun within and admit that there's nothing u, as the outer one can do nothing.
Everything has to reflect, and it will. When u look at the 3d u are assuming sth is missing, and if u say sth is lacking than it is. There is only u in ur world, the only responsibility u have, and can have, is you.
This is coming from sb who's been trying to manifest since like 2018 up until now I only discovered loa a year ago. That's why I'm giving this advice bc if it's helping me than it will help u.

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambiβs post so sheβd written most of it but doesnβt want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought itβd be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since itβs been the talk lately.
there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts donβt and iβll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you donβt agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story youβre entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state youβre in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what youβre state in.

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
iβm not saying itβs a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so itβs not out of lack. itβs up to how youβre doing it.
with manifestation, youβre either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if youβre affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) thenβ¦
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because thatβs the true reality!

aka choose what you want to manifest! this would mainly be the state of the wish fulfilled.
state = your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
itβs what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the version of you / person who already has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire. the state of the wish fulfilled.
β WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE WISH-FULFILLED?
the state of the wish fulfilled is the state in which your desire has already been fulfilled - that it is already done because consciousness is the only reality. there is nothing left for you to do because creation is finished!
you do not create anything, you only occupy and live in your desired state to bring it to life. this is why there is power in your awareness (of being). be aware of who you are being in relation to your desire.
β MORE ON STATES
infinite states exist within consciousness - this means that anything is possible and not all of them are true/will manifest. only the state that you constantly dwell and identify with, manifests.
this is also why infinite realities exist. your state is your reality.

now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. thatβs what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing, affirming, inner convos, feeling, etc.
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. β blushydior
affirm: βi have $10 million dollars in the bank!β
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling β emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.

remember that the feeling is natural and it wonβt be the same every single time. for example, if youβre now just starting to understand and enter the state of the wish fulfilled, it might be exciting, relieving - euphoric even but as you exercise returning back (persistence) to dwell in the state, itβll start to feel natural. it might start feeling nonchalant, peace, calmness! so if you reach that point and start to worry, βi feel nothing but I know it done. am i doing something wrong?β no youβre not. itβs okay!
you donβt have to act as if. only be as if.
β Are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment, and then dropped? β
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
thatβs it. thatβs your state! you changed who you are.
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (thatβs because the law is)

close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isnβt it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because thatβs what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
itβs the same thing with thoughts.
βthoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.β β blushydior
like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts, awareness of being (visualizing / affirming / inner convos / feeling / auditory / etc) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. donβt even care enough to label them. theyβre silly little thoughts.

all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
β You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. β
SEE! itβs really no different. itβs the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but itβs the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you βdonβt see it in the 3Dβ and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it.Β
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example,Β asking βwhere is it?β / βitβs not here yet.β β correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER YOU WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, itβs like putting on a new suit. at first it wonβt feel natural but over some time, you wonβt even be βconsciousβ of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods donβt hold any power. you do.
itβs not a chore. itβs a choice.
easy peasy.

doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions
doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts
you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (βi have xyzβ) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you donβt identify with them, they donβt hold power.
if YOU know youβre already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told βno, youβre not!β
would you go:
βiβm not? oh my godβ¦ youβre right. iβm not famous!β
or
βuhβ¦? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said iβm famous so thatβs what i amβ¦. famous. lol.β
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.

β β REACTING isΒ looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DONβT: βmy life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.β and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: βit doesnβt matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!β
β β INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: youβre manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you βhey, are you in a relationship?β you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend π€π€
EXAMPLE 2: youβre manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: βi literally have so much money lol ?? iβm the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.β
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: βlifeβs been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.β
mentally: (after venting) βthat made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everythingβs okay. iβm safe.β
it doesnβt matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!

in this context: the repetition of affirmations. not repeatedly going back to the state of the wish fulfilled.
iβve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didnβt get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state ofΒ trying to get it.
when manifesting, you donβt try. you either have it or you donβt.Β
so are you person a?
βokay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i wonβt get it my manifestation!β
blushyβs observation: you arenβt being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply arenβt in the state of being. youβre in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?

βi already have all of my desires because i said so. thereβs no need for me to worry or stress because itβs already mine! itβs doneβ¦β and so on.

you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
donβt accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: βi need to affirm more or else i wonβt receive my desire.β
you wonβt see results.
thatβs why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
itβs all about the knowing itβs already yours IN IMAGINATION - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
itβs called the law of assumption for a reason! (as neville even once said, law of being) you accept / assume you are the person who has it as true without any physical evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
β This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, thatβs what youβll get. Itβs the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesnβt mean theyβre all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, youβre introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. Thatβs exhausting and itβs not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you donβt have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. [β¦] It gives your thoughts power when you are not your thoughts. You are who you claim to be in imagination because imagination creates reality. So if you visualized or affirmed that you are the person who lives their dream life and accept it as a fact in your mind, nothing can make that change other than you and you are pure consciousness. You can have negative thoughts and feel your emotions because just like the outer world, they have nothing to do with you unless you identify with them. So choose your story. Your silly little thoughts or the fact that you are the person who has their desires. β β blushydior
all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i donβt like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. itβs very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and βdominant thoughts manifestβ concept works for others is because they assume it does. remember that techniques donβt manifest, you do.
β An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. β
if you are affirming on loop and arenβt seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution youβve been looking for!

i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didnβt identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: βyes! i do have it.β
saturation is NOT necessary. you donβt need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.

you will succeed because that is the assumption youβve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.

I am so happy to see you in dashboard again. By reading your post on why did you deleted your 'manifesting in hard circumstances' I started thinking on ''nothing to change but Self'' quote and how you said 'just be', as our reality is but a reflection of Self, nothing really matter but to always remember who we are and do not be afraid of claiming ourselves to be God in our minds and accept our desires since creation is finished.
I receive lots of asks from anons asking me if 'is it real that I can manifest without void?' and I always reply telling them that you did it, and some of them cannot really believe they can do it, and I found that even I, myself, sometimes see myself conditioning my power and not truly giving my inner-self the feeling he wants.
The law is so beautiful, but I feel empty some days when I see how we are Gods and even having the power to change every little aspect of our lifes, we won't do so, afraid of being in imagination, or reasoning time or how.
We stop persisting when we forget it is impossible to God to fail, and we forget God is our imagination. What I see is the lack of trust we hold with us. The lack of faith on the invisible. Neville ask us to repent, which is 'radical change'. I wanted to ask where did you found yourself 'surrending' completely to your innerself, Bambi. I really appreciate all you post.

like you said, the only way one can condition themselves is by holding back the hand that gives the inner man what he wants.
to answer your question on where i found myself surrendering completely to my inner self, and the typical questions anons ask like, "how to do this" or "i can't seem to do xyz in imagination." is practicing the art of forgiveness + love/giving.
when you love, you give without conditions. when you forgive, you live and solely focus on the present as it is only now that exists.
people will always see desires as physical things when it's not. it's the feeling. practicing stillness and observation of the body and self, it started to become easier to notice when i would "lack" / "desire" a feeling. if you feel lonely, you give yourself the feeling of being whole, when you're feeling poverty, you give yourself wealth. when you're feeling unseen, unloved, fear, you give yourself, in imagination, a safe place where you can reside until you fully bask in that feeling, when your body (which is a part of the physical world) reacts/manifests and i go on with life. you rinse and repeat. that is love.
whenever i felt lack, sadness, despair, hopelessness, and i wasn't yet ready to shift, yield into another state, i reminded myself that it's just a garment. it's not me. so i let myself be still. "be still, and know that i am god." so when time passes and i'm no longer in that state of despair, i forgive myself. it doesn't matter what happened in the past, who i was before. what matters is the choice i make on who to be now.
that's how i completely surrendered to my inner self. i gave my god/inner self what they wanted whenever i, as a human could at the time. we work together because everything is one. we aren't enemies. we give and receive.
β Your subconscious mind does not have eyes. She only manifests what YOU think about. She doesnβt know about whatβs happening in your 3D unless you start thinking about it.
β Your subconscious instantly absorbs affirmations like a sponge. With only one affirmation itβs already done in your 4D. With persistence it materialises in your 3D.
β 4D is the only conformation you need because the 3D always changes itself to match 4D
β You affirm to remind yourself that your desire already is yours
β Manifesting is about changing your mindset and thought pattern and NOT seeing something new in your 3D
β The things you hear and see in your 3D that contradict your manifestation donβt exist in your 4D. Therefore they arenβt real or relevant because 3D will only materialise whats in your 4D and will get rid of the things that contradict your assumptions. WITH PERSISTENCE.
Persisting means not giving up and being consistent.
β Your subconscious believes that youβve experienced what you visualise
β What you focus on manifests
β You can manifest whatever you want. Logic doesnβt exist.
β You can change your past and your future.
β Iβll update this when new aspects of the law pop up in my head. These are the only things that came to my mind when i thought about the rules of the law but honestly i think this is it?
YOUR AFFIRMATIONS WILL ONLY WORK IN THESE 3 SCENARIOS:
1. When you accept your affirmations as a fact and that theyβre real. When you feel as though what youβre affirming for is your reality.Β
2. When you know (accept as a fact) that rampaging or vain affirming works for you. In this case, you donβt have to affirm as though itβs a fact.
3. When you know that you manifest regardless of everything. It doesnβt matter what you do, you manifest what you want. So you say fuck it, everything works for you. Youβre limitless so it doesnβt matter what you do.Β
Thatβs why affirming works for some people but doesnβt work for others.Β And thatβs why affirmations donβt manifest, your state of consciousness does. Affirming like any other technique is used to get you into the state of the wish fulfilled.Β
hello! after being in this community for many years, hopelessly and endlessly trying to manifest the life of my dreams since i was a young teen, i can finally say i did it. i'm living the life i always wanted. this is my success story Ω©( 'Ο' )Ω (very long and detailed! + mentions of heavy topics)
how i did it: the journey
i initally found out about manifesting from a friend who told me about subliminals, then i became invested in law of attraction and soon, law of assumption.
for years I was in a nonstop cycle of overconsuming information, deciding to put my foot down and say "this is it", only go back spiraling in my negative thoughts & old story hours or even minutes later. this cycle lasted for years. i felt like the law could not be this easy, and heavily relied on my 3d for evidence/signs of my desire. i felt like there was always something else to do in the 3d (subliminals, scripting, vision board, etc) and was not satisfied in just believing in the unseen.
eventually, i became sick of it. i wanted my dream life so badly, i would cry myself to sleep some nights because of how badly i wanted to be free from my old story. i hated my old life, and was desperate for my new one.
i constantly reread the same edward art posts, tumblr posts, and success stories about the law and craved for something new, but at this point i already knew all i needed to know about the law. i had some success with the law of assumption in the past (manifesting my acceptance into uni, talking to a cute boy etc.) but getting my entire dream life felt like it was impossible. i knew i can get anything and everything i wanted, but honestly i was scared and felt like there was a barrier between me and my desire. yet, i held onto these feelings for years. at some point i even felt childish and the need to "grow up and be realistic" about what i wanted since everything around me was changing and i wasn't getting any younger. but i still held onto my dreams and desires, it was planted into my heart for a reason and I really wanted it to come true.
one day i was clearing out my phone and came across blushydior's success story of how she manifested her dream life in hard circumstances. i read her post again and really internalized what she said about the law.
in short, life is a blank canvas. the minute you decide what you want, it is done. there is nothing stopping you from getting anything you ever wanted because it is already finished. just keep persisting and accepting that it is done because it simply is; nothing else left to do.
so i decided to go all in. i didn't do much: just affirm that i had my desire when i thought about it and embody the state. during the first few days, i felt a wave of happiness and excitement whenever I affirmed for my desires. i knew i had them, and it made me happy. i didn't ignore my 3d, i simply lived through it. i did whatever i had to do in my 3d while still thinking "oh i already have my desire! nothing can stop me, it's all done!"
over time, the feelings of excitement faded and it became more of a feeling of security and calmness. i would still think thoughts like "oh yeah i have my desire, oh well whatever" and simply move on.
i will say though, in the middle i did kind of cave and want to fall into my old ways. i had the feelings of calmness but felt like there was something else left to do. i logged onto tumblr and scrolled over some of the posts i had saved, but didn't read them and rely on them for info. i had to force myself to snap out of feeling like I didn't have it and remind myself that i had it. when i felt overwhelmed with my 3d or faced something that i didnt like, i would remind myself of my desires being complete.
at night i'd also imagine romantic scenarios about me and my sp to fall asleep but i didn't do anything like try to get into sats or void (i tried them before and found them quite boring lol)
eventually after sticking to the assumption that i have my desires, regardless of what i see in the 3d, nothing can stop me from getting my desire because it's already done, i got them all. woke up with everything i want. this is what it means to persist: to take the leap of faith, go all in, and just keep on believing that you already have it!
the old and new story:
old story: I grew up in a very restrictive lifestyle with little freedom and privacy in my house, as well as super traditional and religious parents that made me feel uncomfortable in many areas of my life. my life was primarily just me taking care of my annoying younger siblings and studying to get good grades so I could make my parents happy. I did not have much success with maintaining friendships, no luck in the love department, and disliked who I was as a person for much of my life. I was completely dependent on my parents and wanted their approval for everything; it felt like I was living and doing all of these activities to make them proud, even though they never told me they were. anything that I wanted to pursue I shut down before even trying because I knew they would not approve. I was also constantly being pushed into these religious spaces that made me super uncomfortable due to their beliefs and have been verbally and physically abused in the name of so-called religion. I was living a life that I did not want, by finding the law it gave me an opportunity to live my own life for once.
new story: appearance transformation from head to toe, apartment and houses of my dreams in my desired cities & countries, talents, skills, and knowledge about topics I was curious about, language fluency, ideal wardrobe with all my dream clothes, items on my wishlist, having financial freedom, being free, independent, and in charge of my life, having the boyfriend of my dreams (guys he is so fine like omg), completely revamping and rewriting my past, having a tight knit friend group and the biggest one of all, the thing i wanted for so long -- being a famous musical artist in one of the biggest girl groups in the world <3
i am so so so glad i never gave up, it really is easy.
the law in summary:-
decide what you want to manifest
have faith and know that you already have your desire, it is done and nothing can stop you from getting it (remember! methods are optional)
just persist, do not give up. it will manifest into the 3d! nothing else left to do.

Also i connected the law to hypnosis because itβs the same thing and people who have no idea what loa is may be able to understand itβs pattern trough hypnosis.

When we think of hypnosis we have this image in mind. Like someone slowly swinging a ticking pocket watch from left to right in front of someone else's eyes. The person in front of the watch is completely captivated by it and becomes slightly sleepy. After a while they begin to close their eyes.
The owner of the clock then starts repeating phrases like: "You are a chicken." or "Cigarettes disgust you." a few times in a row, in a gentle tone. When theyβve said these sentences often enough, they snap their fingers and the person wakes up. Now they either act like a chicken or vomit just from smelling a cigarette.
It looks like it is so easy to hypnotise someone or to be hypnotised. And it is! Thereβs no magic behind it.
In our brain there is the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind thinks rationally, he relies only on facts. He is like the bodyguard of the subconscious. Because unlike the conscious mind, she(the subconscious mind) believes everything you tell her.
The conscious mind relies on our senses, on everything we perceive through our environment, while our subconscious mind canβt do that.
The subconscious only listens to us and is always awake and this is what our consciousness cannot do, itβs much less active at night.
She is always awake and has been here since weβve been born, thatβs why all our memories and beliefs are stored in her. When we repeat affirmations and affirmations are sentences implying something about certain states in our life. Then they remain in our subconscious. Every single sentence/ thought remains in our subconscious.
Its just that we do not think the same thoughts every day. We often contradict our own thoughts.
But if we would always think favourable of ourselves. Then we would embody the best version of ourselves because our environment has to change to match our beliefs. Thatβs what your subconscious is responsible for. The subconscious mind absorbs our thoughts in order to materialise them and make them a reality.
If you say that youβre poor, youβll turn poor.
If youβd only think favourable thoughts then only good things would happen to you, but humans contradict themselves often. If you want to keep those βgoodβ things in your reality for a long time you have to get rid of bad thoughts and repeat your affirmations regularly.
Actually you donβt really have to repeat affirmations regularly, once is enough. But by repeating them consistently these βthoughts/ affirmationsβ become permanent βbeliefsβ. This way sudden negative thoughts in your head canβt ruin your manifestation/ belief. Youβll always think favourable with that belief in mind and wonβt ever confuse yourself. So i recommend repeating affirmations.
Consistently repeating affirmations doesnβt make your subconscious materialise stuff faster, one thought is completely enough. Manifesting is instant.
[Because in 4D manifesting is instant]
But our consciousness makes it a bit difficult for us, since he thinks logically and sees that the reality contradicts our thoughts.
However, don't get it wrong, it is our subconscious that gives us our negative thoughts, not our conscious. Our subconscious mind only shows us what is stored in it. Old negative memories, even those from our childhood, that once ruled over our subconscious for a long time can pop up again. This might happen from time to time. Thatβs why repeating affirmations for a long time and turning thoughts into beliefs is important, new beliefs will replace old ones.
[ When annoying thoughts come up use the balloon method. Imagine how these thoughts are all different coloured balloons and the wind is pushing them away from you. They fade. Youβll feel calmer after doing this. ~side note ]
Our consciousness canβt effect us at all though, unless we allow it. He can only make it difficult for us when we believe in our environment. When we think that our environment decides how our reality looks like, not our thoughts. But then in reality itβs our thoughts deciding how our environment/ reality looks like.
You need to know that the truth is what is in your head! Your current thoughts are your reality, not what you see! When you change your thoughts/ contradict an old belief. Your subconscious has to do her job and change reality to match your new belief.
Donβt search for the stuff your affirming for in your reality though. You will only set yourself up, searching for results in your environment. Because like i said our environment isnβt the βtruthβ, itβs powerless and itβs not your environment thatβs deciding wether you have it or not. Your thoughts decide that and your thoughts are your real reality.
Youβre thinking that youβre skinny right now = evidence that youβre skinny
πliterally. Because your thoughts are your reality and only they matter. They decide everything.

3 day manifestation
In lesson 3, neville is confident that it takes no longer than 3 days to manifest your desires into your 3D.
βThree days; the duration is three days for response in this world. If I would now assume I AM what I want to be, and if I AM faithful to it and walk as though I were, the very longest stretch given for itβs realization is three days.β - Neville Goddard
once you decide you are who you want to be, or have what you want, staying faithful and loyal to that will guarantee that the manifestation comes into fruition within 3 days.
βIf I could completely saturate my mind with one sensation and walk as though it were already a fact, I am promised that I do not need more than a three day diet if I remain faithful to it. But I must be honest about it. If I Change my diet in the course of the day, I extend the time interval.β -Neville Goddard
so in this quote, neville is talking about the process of the 3 days. basically, if you soak your mind with the corresponding thoughts (affirmations) and persist, 3 days is all you need to see it in the 3D. however, during those 3 days, if you waiver, repeat the old story, dwell in doubts or intrusive thoughts, the days will be extended. thatβs what neville means by βIf I change my diet in the course of the day.β and by diet he means mental diet.
1. decide what it is that you want. this can be one thing or a list of things.
2. choose affirmations that correlate with your manifestation

3. repeat these affirmations all day

repeating, will saturate your mind with this new idea. and it will start to become a natural thought.
4. do not waiver, repeat the old story, doubt. anytime you feel the urge to, repeat those affirmations until itβs stuck.
5. and by day 3 (or within 3 days), you will have your manifestation, if and only if you did not dwell in the old story.
*i also want to say real quick that if you do get doubts, intrusive thoughts, or repeat the old story, as long as you do not dwell in that, and immediately change that thought youβll be good. so donβt worry so much about having those thoughts, worry about correcting them*
this post is no different than any other telling you to persist. cause thatβs all this is.. persisting. and iβve seen all the βi am persistingβ βiβve been persisting for weeksβ however, the reason many of yβall donβt see your results is bc while you were so called persisting you let all types of contradicting thoughts pass by and you dwellβd in them. stop doing that!
soooo.. saturate your mind with affirmations, correct any opposing thoughts, and persist/live in the end.
for 3 days. if you really want your desire, youβll STAND TF UP, and persist for just 3 days!

youβre so scared to take a leap of faith and manifest, youβre staying in the same spot. itβs all about courage and going all in with nothing to lose because you actually donβt have anything to lose. thatβs about it. this applies to any situation whether it be an abusive one or something not as dire.
