I decided to take accountability for my reality and not to put the circumstances at pedestal. Some bad things happened, but it's still ok, I'm trying to rant a lil and coming back to my positive awareness self, but I'm reading books not to put so much so much attention on social media.

OKAY SOOOO.
I have three weird techniques:
Plunge your hand in cold water before trying, this can maybe help you prolong the feeling not to sleep beforehand.
Open your eyes VERY LIGHTLY once or twice, and yeah you absolutely can, it won't ruin anything.
Eat an apple beforehand, it says to help against awareness, or coffee or anything that is able to fight against sleepiness.

Girl, it's been three times that I reach a state where everything is black, I don't feel my body nor my surroundings and affirm for my void list but when i wake up nothing happened. I know it's not the void because my wishes don't become true, and also while there I couldn't feel peace or happiness or whatever.. it was just black. But, what was it? I'm tired.. everytime I try to enter void I end up in that space...

First, the peacefulness has to come with it honestly, even if it's not peacefulness at least it feels comfortable, y'know, anyways, first of all YOU'RE EXTREMELYYYYYYYYYYYY close.
Like, too close maybe.
The fact you get EVERY symptoms under the sun for the void is a clear sign you're actually π€π» this close for it, but I gotta ask you one thing.
Do you there there's a block in your path? Like is it fear? Or anything else? You have to see what is it about, y'know? Bc once you're actually there everything manifests when you affirm for it, if it's not that then I have one other possible explanation, false void dreams, they're common with lucid dreaming, so you could have been fallen into a dream then in a false void one? Because I had that two times before and it was "false" bc it felt trippy even though it was looking exactly like the void, either way, check it out deeper and see the problem of it, one thing, how about trying it in midday or when it's not night? I wanna see if it's dreaming or not, y'know? Some cases can say it's also sleep paralysis but I don't think it is given how you won't see or feel anything.

can I get some void state advice?
I have been attempting to enter the void for the past 5 years and have never once wavered. This is the first time Iβm actually admitting my failure and not staying strong in affirming. I lay in bed, I affirm i visualise I count Iβve tried guided methods, Iβve tried being sitting up but nothing works. I donβt even feel symptoms I do believe the void exists and I know I can get there but I physically canβt and itβs been five years so itβs so emotionally hard now because Iβm so tired off it.
do you see it as a "desire"?
If yes, then it runs away more from you.
The void is YOU, how can you DESIRE IT TO BE IN UR HANDS WHEN IT ISSSSSSS AERHAOHD.
and it's completely fine to waver actually, what you're doing is somewhat toxic positivity, and that might help some but never for me.
ACKNOWLEDGE the negativity but don't let it affect you, you actually need to let out emotions and not let it suppress you, you sound like you were burnt off from that toxicity.
You see, shifting, void, loa, they do not say "go and be delusional and don't ever think bad!"
It simply says "be it."
Being LITERALLY means being human, of course humans can cry, they can feel doubts, just one thing, if you continue on the doubt? It'll follow.
You're completely burnt out my love, for once, I know it'll be painful, take some break, to be refreshed, and in that break? COMPLETELY be yourself and let go, had negative thoughts? Learn to see them and just pass them, not to hold them, you get me?
(AND NO, I DON'T SAY BREAKS ARE BAD, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY EFFECT ON U)
everyone can take a break, and you sound like you need it, TRULY let go and just be calmer, whenever you feel ready, try it, DON'T push yourself to affirm, whenever during the day you remember the void simply say "I have it, it's easy."

Hi, what did you mean by saying we can count if we don't want to meditate? How am I supposed to do it? After counting, do I affirm for the void, or what?
For example, I don't like meditation (the act of focusing on your body and/or breathing while keeping yourself peaceful) you can swap that out by just counting, really anything works, as long as you feel comfortable by it, like to count? Count all you want, and you can even say affirmations between them, it's your choice ml.
Don't let the void control you, you control the void because it is you, you are you and that you is the void.

YUP! suggestions is just choosing an affirmation and saying it through the trance state, but don't use more than one affirmation/suggestion, one only for every session.

It relies on how you view it, If your mind finds it hard to accept that a cake can pop out of thin air (which is possible, you just switch realities to somewhere it had the cake), then you'll get the manifestation with how you perceive it.
Think it's possible for the cake to appear by someone giving it to you? Done.
Think it's possible if the cake got gifted to you by your cousin? Done.
Think it's possible the cake will appear right on your table? Done.
It's all in your belief how you perceive the manifestation.
Y'all I think hypnopompic state is easier for my lazy ass π, it's just like hypnagogia, but instead of before sleep, it's after you wake up by a coupe of minutes without movement.

Yup! That's how it works, you become aware of a reality you already went through the hassle of learning it and now you're fluent at it.
