so, the click method is actually not to wait on the realization, but actually on YOUR realization.
simply sit first and literally let your mind wander, so whatever, look on your life, remember how it was when you first found it, your latest "try" and your "fails" and whatnot, look at them, just look.
Now one thing, DO NOT WAIT FOR THE CLICK, let the click wait for you when it's ready, because after all the click is just a realization moment when your mind grasps it that:
"oh my god... So all these years... I could've actually entered by a snap...? That I'm a master at it? That I was chosen to know this?"
The click sounds off when you haven't experienced it yet, but just sit and let it hit you and damn it hits u hard af π
And for some reason if your mind does not grasp the click, go slow and feed it slow, like at first imagine how it must feel when you write to your fav blogger that you entered and what your successes are, and how you feel when you realize your work was not worth nothing.
You get me? You're supposed to realize you already have the void in you, you already are the void and by "trying" for it only makes your mind think it's something high, ACCEPT IT, and don't RUN AFTER IT.

I used to have this I swear, and it was the only thing stopping me from entering fr, I get you, it feels suffocating and suddenly for some reason like you fucking ran SIX marathons with the shallow quick breathing and the crazy heartbeats.
DON'T WORRY I FOUND A TRICK.
First of all, it's totally fine, it's just a reaction your body gives you to a "new" environment that you're entering, it's like you're body is saying:
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE DYING, WHY ARE WE ENTERING WHILE WE ARE AWAKE? I THOUGHT WE DO THAT IN SLEEP-"
again, totally normal, all you gotta know is how to make your body understand it's natural, and here's my trick.
Whenever I am about to enter and get hit with the lack of oxygen, I calm myself down by forgetting about anything, stop focusing on the void, and stop ignoring it, the more you ignore it? The more it comes, acknowledge it but DON'T be affected by it, then, start to actually tell yourself everything is safe, everything is supposed to go this way, basically actually damn down your nerves and be gentle, talk with yourself how it's alright and whatnot.
I like to do that and also add in some quick breath stabilizing I've learnt from somewhere, imagining a coin that rises with exhales and drops with inhales until my breathing goes back to normal, it usually just takes around 3 to 4 minutes to get it back on track.

my first actual attempt to shift was back in 2021, i didnt know anything abt the void state. at that time, i thought u could bring stuff from ur dr (i know.)
WELL, when i was doing the method, at some point i started to not feel my bed. eventually, i felt like I was floating in space. like it wasnt enough, i was also feeling my body spinning around ...
suddenly, flashlights started to appear right in front of my eyes. my eyelids started to shake. those symptoms were getting "worse" as i was counting down angrily. i was really excited, so I started to scream the affirmations in my head.
short-long-story, my neighbor punched the wall and i got scared. didnt shift.
since then, I wasnt able to feel that kind of stuff again. normally, i just sleep (MAKES ME SO MAAAD).
so, during 2023 and 2024 i took a pause from shifting. now, im back and with a toootallyy different mindset.
lately, everytime that i listen to a guided meditation, i can feel that im the state akin to sleep. i just stop feeling my bed and it looks like total blackness. its different to when u close ur eyes, y know? it feels like i have my eyes wide open in a dark room. but it feels very hard for me to keep trying to shift before i listen to the meditation, i just suddenly fall asleep.
the question is: was i in the void back in 2021? was i shifting? was it just my body falling asleep ?? do u have any tips abt those things ?? π°

So, back in 2021, it sounds like you were very close to the Void State. Feeling like you were floating, losing sensation of your bed, and the flashes you experienced are all signs of entering a deep state of awareness. The Void is about losing your physical senses and existing purely as consciousness, so you were on the right track, AND YE I ALSO FEELT THAT WHEN U HAVE UR EYES WIDE AWAKE IN A DARK ROOM, THAT'S THE VOID FOR ME.
As for now, it sounds like you're entering the state akin to sleep, which is great progress! But falling asleep before shifting is a common issue for a lot of people. Try focusing more on staying present in that blackness before the sleepiness kicks in β donβt rush, donβt force, just trust youβre getting there.
Some tips:
Stay neutral and calm before starting β excitement or impatience can keep you from entering. Let go of the need to control it, and simply allow yourself to drift.
When youβre in that dark space, remain aware of it. Try not to βchaseβ the Void but let it come to you naturally. Gentle, slow breaths can help too β no forcing, just letting go.
Use affirmations or a mantra, but in a relaxed, non-urgent way. No pressure to make them work right away.
And to answer your question: It sounds like you were very close in 2021, and now youβre even closer! Just keep the mindset shift of relaxing into it instead of pushing for it, and youβll definitely get there.

Hey..one time i was watching TV laying on my bed, it was late at night, and I was sleepy, like i couldn't keep my eyelids/eyes open they were heavy and close by themselves, it's like I jus couldn't keep them open, so after that I would like get a mini sleep, like my eyes got closed on their own and I was asleep kinda for a few seconds not literally sleep but you know what i mean?? πIdk how to explain..so after that mini sleep, my brother woke me up and I again started watching tv but same thing happened again.....SO IS THAT hypogogic state?? Should I start affirming for void in that state? In how many min shall I start getting symptoms?
That is a state where hypnagogia JUSTTTTT starts, I love to call it the trance state, where you say suggestions and smth yk? But anyways, HELL YES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT, ITS POWERFUL, in that state your conscious mind is too tired to fight back against affirmations, so it just bypasses it and goes to the subconscious immediately.

Hi I really need to enter the void state tonight, I share a room with my brother and he is super loud so it's difficult for me to enter the void state, how do I enter the void state quickly in a loud environment?

Headphones and subliminals is your go-to.
If you have something noise canceling, use it, play a subliminal or just binaural beats if you want to block his sound
Can't do that? How about you try during nap time where your brother won't be near? Or how about during the Naptime you sleep somewhere else?
Okay If that didn't work, how about you wake yourself up in the middle of the night when your brother is already sleeping and then do the method? You can wake up by an alarm but since your brother might wake up with it you can place vibrational alarms and put it under your pillow? (I know it's not safe for a long period of time but that's a once)
I've known so many people enter with loud sounds, you can just go past the noises and block them your own by your mind.
Block your ears with tissue if you like
Try a sleep method where you sleep and wake up already in the void.
It's endless.
