OKAY SO, like I said, I've entered once fully on 6th April and I have been tapping in it a thousand times before, tapping means staying there for a few seconds.
And honestly, if you put focus it takes 30 mins for me, but last time when I let go it took me fucking 4 mins only πππ that's how easy it was, I felt all black around me and I knew I was there when I felt so calm and everything went quiet, then I affirmed for it to look like stars and that's all I did ππππ, my dumbass was so relaxed I didn't even manifest anything and just got out bc I felt like it, when I realized it the next day I went crazy βπ»

You mean after you wake up and lay still? Well you're immediately in an ideal half sleep state so affirm for the void, or do your method for shifting and you'll have it in 5 mins.

Those feelings are tests from the body, to see if you are asleep or not, again it's also a state where your body is slightly confused on why the body is aware when entering the void, but when you don't move, and don't give it a thought, your body will start slipping the obstacles aside and go straight to void, GOOD LUCK

Void = a place where your awareness exists only.
What's awareness?:
Something that is tethered to your body, keeps you "aware" of everything around you and whatever that will happen around you, it goes out of our body during some occasions.
When does the awareness becomes something different from the body?:
During quite a lot of things.
Sleep = awareness exists alone, but body and mind is not aware of it and is asleep.
Dissociation = awareness is slightly tethered from the body, yet mind is asleep and body is actually awake.
Void = awareness exists alone, and body is asleep but the mind is wide awake.
These are some examples, now, you have a pretty easy good idea that the void is something we always go into, right? But in another term called "sleep"
Now so many people complicate this so much, like- no the void is not magical, nor is it something so special no one can enter, the awareness is literally in you and you can just make your mind awake whenever your awareness slips off.
You see, it's just like the questions kids ask when they are curious "what happens when we sleep?"
You know when you're dozing off and suddenly your body feels heavy or far away? Thatβs your awareness slipping.
could make the concept click faster right???
Our awareness gets tethered away from the body, and your mind and body shut down.
You just gotta keep your mind aware of the fact that your awareness is slipped off the body.

hii love your blog!! every now and then when i happen to be close to inducing the void, like intense symptoms and stuff (my body feels like static and my hearing goes in and out) i either affirm, or take deep breaths but i end up passing out like every time. I understand u sm ugh that feeling is the worst, the fact u felt statics, your hearing goes out and whatnot, that is again, a response for your body saying:
"well, sounds like it's time to sleep for us!"
It hasn't been taught that it can enter it aware yk? And honestly it's easy to keep yourself awake, here are a couple of things that helped me personally:
Actually don't move π§π»ββοΈ, don't move ur finger this time, and instead FOCUS on a point of your body, maybe how the blood may flow in your heart and out, how your breath feels hitting around the walls of your nose and so on, this helps focusing.
Or, count, BACKWARDS, y'all this one is good, counting backwards keeps your mind so preoccupied with how numbers should go that your body just falls asleep.
If you're a big dreamer and love to imagine, imagine how it will be after the void to keep yourself from sleeping.
Or, try the void during nap time, you could have less chance of accidentally falling asleep.

my first actual attempt to shift was back in 2021, i didnt know anything abt the void state. at that time, i thought u could bring stuff from ur dr (i know.)
WELL, when i was doing the method, at some point i started to not feel my bed. eventually, i felt like I was floating in space. like it wasnt enough, i was also feeling my body spinning around ...
suddenly, flashlights started to appear right in front of my eyes. my eyelids started to shake. those symptoms were getting "worse" as i was counting down angrily. i was really excited, so I started to scream the affirmations in my head.
short-long-story, my neighbor punched the wall and i got scared. didnt shift.
since then, I wasnt able to feel that kind of stuff again. normally, i just sleep (MAKES ME SO MAAAD).
so, during 2023 and 2024 i took a pause from shifting. now, im back and with a toootallyy different mindset.
lately, everytime that i listen to a guided meditation, i can feel that im the state akin to sleep. i just stop feeling my bed and it looks like total blackness. its different to when u close ur eyes, y know? it feels like i have my eyes wide open in a dark room. but it feels very hard for me to keep trying to shift before i listen to the meditation, i just suddenly fall asleep.
the question is: was i in the void back in 2021? was i shifting? was it just my body falling asleep ?? do u have any tips abt those things ?? π°

So, back in 2021, it sounds like you were very close to the Void State. Feeling like you were floating, losing sensation of your bed, and the flashes you experienced are all signs of entering a deep state of awareness. The spinning sensation and excitement likely disrupted you from fully entering, but you were definitely close. The Void is about losing your physical senses and existing purely as consciousness, so you were on the right track, AND YE I ALSO FEELT THAT WHEN U HAVE UR EYES WIDE AWAKE IN A DARK ROOM, THAT'S THE VOID FOR ME.
As for now, it sounds like you're entering the state akin to sleep, which is great progress! But falling asleep before shifting is a common issue for a lot of people. Try focusing more on staying present in that blackness before the sleepiness kicks in β donβt rush, donβt force, just trust youβre getting there.
Some tips:
Stay neutral and calm before starting β excitement or impatience can keep you from entering. Let go of the need to control it, and simply allow yourself to drift.
When youβre in that dark space, remain aware of it. Try not to βchaseβ the Void but let it come to you naturally. Gentle, slow breaths can help too β no forcing, just letting go.
Use affirmations or a mantra, but in a relaxed, non-urgent way. No pressure to make them work right away.
And to answer your question: It sounds like you were very close in 2021, and now youβre even closer! Just keep the mindset shift of relaxing into it instead of pushing for it, and youβll definitely get there.
