Itās just such a unique way of respect all of the theorists while leaving fans the ability to run free. I can even see some link to the past references.
Actually this would make a lot of sense, and I like it better! Seeing all of the eye iconography from the Zonai and the Sheikah, it could make sense for the "tears" with the shape of the Sheikah Eye.
But then it'd be weird with the ancient Sheikah from Skyward Sword because they called themselves the Sheikah, so why would they change names? It would be a little redundant to have 3 groups of people that game from the Sheikah: the Sheikah, the Yiga, and the Zonai.
I think I'd like the idea of the Zonai being the Twili, because in TP it isn't confirmed if all of the Twili that invaded Hyrule made it back to the Twilight Realm. And then they could be tied to the Interlopers and the people from Majora's Mask who made said mask.

I love trying to fall asleep and then experiencing the agonies. It really is just the highlight of my day. š Did you know that there are some people that LOOK FORWARD to getting ready for bed and falling asleep? I cannot fathom. They just lay down and then they are asleep. There's no turmoil. It takes me a MINIMUM OF AN HOUR AND A HALF OF JUST LAYING THERE WHILE EXPERIENCING THE MOST ANXIETY AND FEAR RIDDEN THOUGHTS OF MY ENTIRE LIFE

I feel like an opposite person, ya know? I like winter and dark and cold and precipitation of any kind. Cloudy days are the best days ever! I just see so many people that love the summer and hate the cold so much, and I get seasonal depression in the summer and I don't feel comfortable in the types of clothes you're supposed to wear for summer. I dunno, just me?
