the most awful thing about thoschei is that they love each other.

they were childhood best friends. one of them murdered for the other and changed the trajectory of their lives forever. they grew up to hate each other, they’ve spend hundreds of years fighting and exchanged an amount of “please, join me” and “over my dead bodies” that’s honestly a little embarrassing. they hate each other so much (“how could you kill?” “how could you cure?”) but there’s no one else who knows them as well as the other. it is familiarity at first. i know you, and i will keep knowing you, and maybe hating you is comforting enough. the time war happens. if they didn’t understand others, they certainly don’t now, last of the time lords as far as they’re aware. if that wasn’t enough, one of them finds out the other is this deity so far out of their worldview (“above” them) and shatters.

and THAT. that’s what hurts. because if they were rivals, it would just be unfortunate. you are stuck with the person you hate the most, but you find other things to do, and they show up sometimes, and it’s fine, you leave them to their own devices. there’s a whole universe to see, after all. it’s possible to keep your distance. you don’t have it in you to care.

except you do care. you love them. you’ve loved them through every regeneration that it might as well be written into your artron energy. you need to be as close to them as the universe allows, so you plan to kill them as an excuse to see their face. and it is an excuse. if you really wanted them gone, you could have killed them off by now. for all your elaborate, stupid at times, schemes and silly costumes you are remarkably clever, and if you’re being honest with yourself, the costumes are just a way to get their attention. because you love them. even when you don’t want to. you like it when they look. you burn cities so they’ll turn their head.

sometimes you find yourself on the other side of the equation, and you love them. you love them so much it kills you over and over because you keep giving them a chance. you keep begging them to run away with you, and they won’t, and they never will, and you carry hope anyway. it kills you and kills you because you love them when you shouldn’t. you see it in every companion’s face. your empathy for them has gone past your usual savior complex into something raw, something ugly, something you keep hidden away between your two hearts except for when they’re in front of you and it comes pouring out. you love them. you wish they made it easier.

The people trying to support Hugh by saying "Duuhhhhh it'll take a long time for Will to fall in love with Hannibal post fall, he won't forgive him for what happened and he'll resent him forever" are funny because...

When Will talks to Peter Bernadorne in Su-zakana, he tells him he envies him his hate. Hannibal had lied to him about his encephalitis, betrayed him, put him in jail, fed him Abigail's ear, destroyed his reputation, turned people away from him, and Will still can't hate him. You know how long it took Will to get over Hannibal getting his unborn child killed? A week. He's over it as soon as Mason roughs up Hannibal a bit and then they're flirting over who gets to deliver the killing blow on Mason. He forgave Hannibal for getting him jailed in the space of about two months. Will called him so he could escape and even asked Hannibal if he could be happy in prison because he couldn't bear to go through with his plan in the end. He forgave him for killing Abigail in front of him. He forgot about his wife and child almost being killed and shifted his attention to jealousy when Hannibal started speaking about Dolarhyde. Bryan Fuller even said that Will trying to get Dolarhyde to kill Hannibal wasn't about Molly and Walter, it was about Will feeling bad about what he did to Chilton and blaming it on Hannibal. And he saved him anyway.

Who is this super resentful Will, who holds onto grudges and hates Hannibal? Because he doesn't seem to be canon Will to me. Will forgives very easily and he always forgives Hannibal.

How I make my stimboards !

(also here's a link to someone else's explanation incase you don't understand mine)

This was asked by @mothmans-problem-child so here it is ! (under the cut, it's kinda long)

Step 1 : make a post and go to the gifs section

Step 2 : put what you're looking for in the search tab

Step 3 : scroll until you find a gif you like and tap it (should look like this after you tap it)

Step 4 : do this until you have 9 gifs

Step 5 : download them all in the correct order (on mobile you have to download the images you want on top last, and the ones on the bottom first, if it's your first time it'll probably take a few tries)

Step 6 : go to the image add button and select all 9 gifs (should end up like the right image)

Step 7 : click on the "gif by" part (this is for the credits)

Step 8 : press copy link (the gif came from someone else's board, so we link to their post)

Step 9 : insert the link onto an emoji / letter / word

Each letter / emoji / word needs to have the links in the correct order

Step 10 : add tags

Done : it should look something like this at the end !

Extra : I colour my text and add a divider just to make it look better :)

Note : I hope this is a good enough explanation, and don't be too worried if your first few don't look perfect, you'll get better over time if you continue making them !
