My Personal Take On The Matter Of The Lore Is That It's Not At All A Bad Thing-

my personal take on the matter of the lore is that it's not at all a bad thing-

the lore was never *that* big of a part of the band itself as a musical thing, just crumbs of info connected by us devoted fans. the new papa, perpetua, to me, seems like another one of tobias' alternate personalities like mary goore seemed to be back then. just a mask for a performance, because that's what ghost already did. so if he stays, he stays, I love the music.

and tobias ending the lore doesn't mean *we* can't continue it. most of it is already just headcanons, even the band members names were made up by the following. like every mocie/book/story/whatever, the lore will probably have a whole ending.

so personally, while it did seem drastic at first, it really isn't that tragic *in my opinion* (feel free to disagree!)
