Bacon Soup Recipe

Anyone else curious about what the bacon soup in “Bendy and the Ink Machine” tastes like or at least craving some? I came up with this recipe for you to help you make it yourself.

What you’ll need:

- 1 pack or 1lb of very thick cut, good quality bacon

- about 2-3 cups of beef broth

- about 5 potatoes(I recommend red potatoes because they go good in soups and stews and hold their shape after boiling, unlike russet potatoes)

- 1 medium sized onion

- 2-3 large carrots

- salt and pepper to taste

1.) finely chop up the onion and carrots. Cut the bacon into 1 inch long thick pieces.

2.) heat up about a tbsp of oil in a soup pot and saute the onion and carrots until onion is translucent.

3.) put in the bacon pieces in the pot with the onions and carrots and continue to saute until the bacon is cooked and a little crispy.

4.) Pour the beef broth into the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes, covered.

5.) While the soup simmers, peel and chop the potatoes into one inch pieces. If you really want to, you can carve the potatoes into circular shapes to make the soup look like it does in game.

6.) After the soup has been simmering for 30 minutes, add in the potatoes and simmer for another 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. 

7.) add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!

You can add souls to the soup to make it the way Bendy likes it but I would not recommend it.
