Enemies to Lovers~

I love Blue eye Samuari. I love Taigen and Mizu's relationship, and how their sexual attraction transcends gender identities and messes with a lot of taboos. This is my favorite series of the last few years besides Arcane and is a must see if you like feminist works, or slow-cooked enemies to lovers. There are people who prefer the other ship, however for me there is not enough evidence for it. For me what is clear is that Mizu wants Taigen even if they shouldn't, and in the same way Taigen wants Mizu beyond revenge.

All month long I will be uploading pony couples, if possible daily, with this type of background. I hope to end with a big wall of love.

Idc if this should go on my main/art acc but a little word of advice for artists with sketchbooks;

If you hate a page but don’t want to rip it out cuz it’ll either make your sketchbook thinner/look bad or you just feel bad for tearing a(nother) page out, turn it into a scrap page or a trash page—whatever you wanna call it; D o. I t.

I had(have) a horrible habit of tearing out pages I don’t like but realized I have a shit load of trinkets and garbage lying around so why not put it to good use?

It’s always smart to hold on to anything you think will look good for a certain page or will give you ideas to a whole new page in general.

If you’re limited with stuff that’s completely fine too. One way you can do this is literally fish around for anything you can possibly glue into/on your sketchbook.

(Could be on the cover of your sketchbook too, like glueing on loose coins or patches)

It’s better (in my opinion) to have somewhat of an idea for what you wanna glue into your page(s) but yet again it’s all the more fun when you’re just slapping shit on there and calling it good.

This could also be a good way to battle art block as well. You don’t gotta feel bad because you haven’t been capable of doodling lots recently; make a scrap page and maybe even incorporate tiny little doodles around in there too. Could be little smiley faces or goobers or whatever.

It could help you get somewhat creative as well. This isn’t the only way to battle art block, of course, but it’s one I highly recommend 👍
