Sea Magic : A Sea Witch Bottle For Protection

Sea Magic : A Sea Witch bottle for Protection

Sea Magic is that which is practiced by the ocean, or using objects related to the ocean or coastline. It has been practiced for hundreds of years, as populations have always resided close by.

Sea Magic : A Sea Witch Bottle For Protection

The oceans have always been worshipped, feared, revered, and cherished; and many stories of ocean gods, goddesses, sea creatures, and mermaids have been passed down through the generations, adding to the mystery and magic of the Sea.

Today I am sharing a simple spell from Scott Cunningham’s Earth Power, which is used as a protective device.

Sea Magic : A Sea Witch Bottle For Protection

A SEA WITCH’S BOTTLE

Take a medium or large jar with a tight-fitting lid and a bag to the ocean very early in the morning, and preferably after High Tide.

Walk on the beach gathering small pieces of driftwood, shells, rocks, and any other natural object which has been thrown up onto the sand by the waves. When you have gathered several things, stop, sit on the beach, and spread them out before you. Please each item in the jar, and as you do repeat the following verse.

"Amulet of the sea which I have found, protective energy in you is bound."

When each piece is placed in the jar add a half-handful of sand and then fill with seawater. Tightly cap and take it home with you. On your property bury the bottle. As you place in the hole repeat the following.

"Waves on sand, the tides in motion; you are now a silent ocean. Avert all evil to the sea; this is my will, so mote it be."

Cover, and return the earth to a normal appearance. If you can’t bury the bottle bury it in a flowerpot instead. The jar will act as a protective device for the home and all those who reside in it.

How do non-theistic luciferians work towards apotheosis if they don't even belief in the existence of gods?

Apotheosis does not only refer to literal deification. I’ve found that the number of luciferians who work towards this particular understanding of apotheosis, in which they strive to transcend and shed their own mortality to become literal gods, are few in comparison to those that incorporate apotheosis in their work in a much broader sense, where divinity doesn’t exist solely outside of the bounds of humanity.Instead, apotheosis may mean becoming like God. It may mean taking responsibility of one’s own fate, of refusing to blame or thank anyone/anything for what they have done for (or to) themselves. Apotheosis may refer to self-betterment, in which the vision of your own best self is the divinity you seek to become. It may refer to the godhood that mankind has already made for itself, this strange sort of artificial (but not necessarily lesser) divinity that our own hands have wrought.

There are so many different things that apotheosis may mean to someone, theism is hardly a requirement. In fact, I think this is an excellent chance to get some discussion going on—anon, perhaps input from others will help answer your question even further. So, I’m opening this up to whoever wants to contribute: What is your understanding of apotheosis, and how do you incorporate it into your own practice?

Satanism is not atheistic. It is a spectrum of beliefs that includes atheism but also different types of theism.

Everyone wants their brand of Satanism to represent true Satanism but falling into this fallacy negates the other 99% of Satanists.

A List of Websites About Theistic Satanism

Learning about Satanism has kind of become a hyperfocus so I decided to compile a list of websites that have a decent amount of information on them. A lot of these are old websites but the information is still useful. If you have a website to suggest feel free to DM me and I'll add it!

Last updated 3rd May 2021

In Satan's Honour - This website is pretty regularly updated and even has a patreon! There are a lot of thought provoking articles and great resources on there.

Spiritual Satanist - The website and blog is a great resource and the author is vocally anti nazi. She made a blog post about how nazis don't belong in the community a few years back.

Spiritual Satanist Blog - The blog for the above site! Lots of interesting and useful stuff here too.

Theistic Satanism - An older site, but plenty of worthwhile stuff on there. Several other sites are also maintained via this site!

Black Goat Cabal - Now shut down but the websites maintained by the above site. Lots of essays, rituals and advice.

Your Friendly Neighbourhood Devil Worshipper - Maintained by the same person who maintains the BGC and theistic satanism website. LOTS of great advice, sermons and even has a section for new theistic satanists.

Satan's Den - A lot of information on satanic magic & Satanism in general! There's also a blog attached to the website, so even more content.

Aleister Nacht - A lot of videos and information on Satanism. Has a list of Satanic holidays you can follow if you wish! Also has a Patreon!

In Praise Of Satan - A website about someone's personal journey with Satan. There is an FAQ section along with some other useful information.

Guess what, the Creepy Pastor has made yet another account. For those who don't know - he is harassing Luciferians and Satanists here.

He sends DMs about being a married pastor who seeks a Luciferian/Satanist to introduce him to her religion (or not her - he messages people of any gender). Obviously, by means of sex. After being blocked, he comes back from another account. I have received his messages several times despite saying him to fuck off, he has also misgendered me (even though nowhere in my bio I have stated I'm AFAB, what's the deal?). This time, he messaged me on my sideblog.

I heavily encourage you to block, report, and share every of his new accounts here so people can block him and be safe.

“Eve’s ingestion of the forbidden fruit becomes a heroic act of rebellion against the tyranny of God and Adam. This closely parallels how socialists like Mikhail Bakunin (1814–1876) used Satan’s battle with God as a symbol of their fight against a capitalist and monarchist society (God being the ultimate monarch).”

What kind of bird is Azazel associated with?

Description

In the extra-canonical text the Apocalypse of Abraham (c.1st CE), Azazel appears as an unclean bird who came down upon the sacrifice which Abraham prepared. (This is in reference to Genesis 15:11: "Birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away" [NIV]).

The Apocalypse of Abraham describes him as a carrion bird.

Possible Species

Birds of prey or predatory birds, colloquially known as raptors, are hypercarnivorous bird species that actively hunt and feed on other vertebrates (mainly mammals, reptiles and other smaller birds). Although predatory birds primarily hunt live prey, many species (such as fish eagles, vultures and condors) also scavenge and eat carrion.

Birds of prey such as hawks, falcons, eagles, osprey, vultures, and owls are familiar carnivorous birds.

Birds that are regularly known as carrion-eaters include: vultures, buzzards, condors, caracaras, eagles, hawks, crows, ravens, and other large corvids, gulls, skuas, and terns

Specific

{Criteria: bird of prey that also eats carrion and is found in Israel}

Crows, jays, and magpies Order: Passeriformes Family: Corvidae

Brown-necked raven, Corvus ruficollis

Common raven, Corvus corax

Eurasian jackdaw, Corvus monedula

Fan-tailed raven, Corvus rhipidurus

Hooded crow, Corvus cornix

Rook, Corvus frugilegus

Hawks, eagles, and kites Order: Accipitriformes Family: Accipitridae

Black kite, Milvus migrans

Common buzzard, Buteo buteo

Eurasian sparrowhawk, Accipiter nisus

Greater spotted eagle, Clanga clanga

Imperial eagle, Aquila heliaca

Lesser spotted eagle, Clanga pomarina

Long-legged buzzard, Buteo rufinus

Steppe eagle, Aquila nipalensis

White-tailed eagle, Haliaeetus albicilla
