I think humble or soft-hearted would best fit his character description lol and impulsive and secretly hot headed when pushed. ( I think they low-key hinted that in an actual canon description from dream works) you know what he could could’ve been snarky too for all we know if they’ve shown more of his character.

An itching for something more. But how can he tell Marina, when it must be that he's bored, that the thrills of the life as a pirate seem to be what's missing. She said she'd figure it out, but if Sinbad trusts in one thing more than her it's his talent for fucking a good thing up.

Sinbad and Marina sail the seas together, but something's missing. Proteus has duties and should be used to being on his own by now. Some understandings take time.
